   I got to say this is by far the best run costa in London the staff are amazing and the manager is a legend. Always polite always talkative and actually takes time to ensure your order is exactly how you want it. Got to say going to another Costa after the Finchley Road branch is always a bit of a let down tbh

   At 1 minute to3pm I ordered a coffee and Bakewell tart , I am a regular customer in this branch. I get serverd my tart and wait for my coffee to be made while waiting at 3pm the staff put a 50% label on the tarts I question this and she said as I ordered before 3 she could not do anything ,she could have said wait 1 min . Last time I spend any money there again on average you just lost a loyal customer who spends £20 a week with you.

   I have been going there for a while, and the coffee is great. However, there is always this lady who has been there every single time I’ve gone to do some work. She is loud, obnoxious, and creates problems for the workers who are just trying to do their jobs. I think she might be homeless, but it’s creating an uncomfortable environment. She carries plastic shopping bags and leaves them near the smoking area. Hopefully, something will be done because I really enjoy going there.

   I’m from Naples where every morning we love to have freshly made croissants and pastries. On more than one occasion, I’ve been to Costa including this morning where they have sold me stale pastries. It’s absolutely disgusting! Employees have lied to me at the counter while doing the sale and continued to tell me that they are freshly made. Disappointed and shocked by the quality.

   I've never been to this branch in person but I order a lot from this one with Uber. It's very reliable and baristas are lovely! If an item is not available they always write a nice note and send a sweet treat/surprise.
