   I have been to Dottys a number of times for breakfast and always been impressed. Today I took my son for the Elf Afternoon Tea and was so happy with everything. Plenty of lovely sandwiches, and amazing sausage rolls as well as the scones. There was a themed cookie which not only looked but tasted amazing. My son was so pleased and I'd happily book again for afternoon tea, worth every penny.

   We booked an afternoon tea for a baby shower, and it was absolutely beautiful — the decorations were stunning and perfectly set the scene. The team were extremely accommodating with dietary needs, catering thoughtfully for vegans, vegetarians, and even gestational diabetes. The staff were so kind and helpful, even going out of their way to help a pregnant guest lift a heavy box of party bags. Communication was excellent throughout, with regular updates and quick responses. Highly recommend for any special occasion!

   Really lovely tea break today at Dottys. Thanks to Michelle for her lovely service and attentiveness. We didn't order much as I was with my young daughter but still felt very welcome. Cakes are delightful as was chai latte. Kids menu available with lots of choices. Interior and crockery is so cute and pretty. Love coming to this local business and always try to whenever we have time! Highly recommended.

   I recently took my mum to Dotty’s Tea House in Carshalton for their Wimbledon-themed afternoon tea, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The decor inside is charming and beautifully styled — it has that perfect mix of vintage and cosy that makes you feel instantly at home. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. The afternoon tea itself was fantastic. The Wimbledon theme was so cleverly done, from the delicious scones with cream and jam to the beautiful little cakes decorated with tennis-inspired touches. We loved the fresh strawberries and the little details that made it feel so special and seasonal. The sandwiches were fresh and varied, and the selection of teas was excellent — my mum enjoyed the classic Breakfast tea and I Loved the Strawberry iced tea! Overall, Dotty’s is a real gem in Carshalton. Whether you’re looking for a treat with family or just a lovely place to relax, I can’t recommend it enough. We left feeling thoroughly spoiled and already planning our next visit!

   Such an aesthetically pleasing and pleasant place all around. I took my son here for a little valentines date- he’s 5 and they were so friendly and attentive to both of us. My son struggled to finish the milkshake, however staff let us take it away too! Didn’t get any nasty vibes, everything was clean and tidied up ready for next customers. I only had a small brunch traditional tea, but could see and smell the rest, which I will soon be back to try! Thank you so much! Xxx

   A charming and unique independent tea room. From the moment you walk through the door, the staff are always friendly and eager to accommodate your requirements. The variety of options available is impressive: a dedicated drinks menu, food menu offering both seasonal and staple items; and an array of enticing cakes on display. I just had to try one of the 'spooky season' delights! In addition to this, Dotty's offers a range of different afternoon teas, though these are very popular so require advanced booking. Definitely one of my favourite tea rooms that I happily return to time and time again.

   We enjoyed sharing brunch, which comes with pancakes, scones, yogurt and chocolate cake + coffee! It was a quite big size so good for when you are hungry. Delicious and the staff are friendly and helpful. I like the interior of the place as well. The coffee is good and strong. Ps: we were served by very friendly guy, Georgi and he kindly gave us a box to take home the un eaten scones!

   Delightful Dotties! I went to this amazing Tea House in Carshalton today at 3:30. I think this Tea House is an up and coming one, it was absolutely lovely and so much better than I imagined. The staff were absolutely brilliant, the customer service was definitely a cut above. The waitress noticing we were struggling with making a decision started to help us narrow down our options by asking questions like hot or cold and when we got near a choice she made a recommendation. She was so friendly and clearly enjoyed working where she was as did the other genuinely smiley staff. The food was great. We had scones, tea (a special herbal blend), a cappuccino and a lemon drizzle cake. The cake and scones were light, fluffy and full of flavour. My tea was bursting with flavour. Presentation of our food wasn't novel, there are many vintage tea shops presenting baked goods on china. However, we did see presentation of other food, such as their avocado on toast which weirdly had a really playful vibe to it. The overall feel of the place was a 10/10 for me, it was well styled and there was a huge attention to detail evident. Love has been poured into the place from the well chose decor to the fab vintage vibe playlist you just cant help sing along to. The staff have obviously been chosen for their ability to add to the vibe of the place, all seemingly playful, smiley, energetic and knowledgeable about the food. I utterly loved it! Special thanks to our smiley waitress today and hats off to your customer service skills.

   Such a beautiful little spot for brunch, lunch or just a nice cuppa tea. Lovely friendly staff and an amazing selection of baked goodies to choose from. This was our first visit to Dotty's but I will definitely not be our last. Thank you.
