   Customer service is absolutely appalling, always rushed at checkout and floor staff sticking shelves etc are a total Hazzard not only to themselves but general public, roller cages and pump trucks on the shop floor is beyond belief, I worked at Sainsbury's when I was younger and if this was seen by manager I'd have been sacked on the spot and I was always told treat customer with a smile and always be polite and helpful.....never ever have I seen it here!

   As a 1st time customer, it was very daunting just entering it. The place is very big, but everyone seems to be in a hurry and seems to bump into you for whatever reason they see fit and with no apologies whatsoever. One staff was very rude at the end when I left the store which ruined the whole experience. n A smallish Asian girl of Pakistani descent with glasses on just huffed in anger which was very humiliating in front of so many others at the tills. She didn't even answer any of my questions when i challenged her on the misleading signs they had placed in the aisles. Very poorly trained in customer services and the attitude just stinks as i am being very polite with my words here for this particular review. The prices are very misleading in store and you need to keep a sharp eye when you using the self service machines to be caught out like i had in this disastrous experience.

   I go here pretty often, and one of the guys called Nonso has really good customer service skills. A guy pushed in front of me once and he immediately intervened and on top of that he is always polite to customers and gets people through the check out quickly.

   Stopped by there before closing time. Spacious place for shopping. Also have a big parking area. Various products available in the store, fresh Bakery section is bonus. However Not enough staff for running the store, that's caused a long queue. As they don't have enough staff, most of cashier point closed and high traffic on the self payment points.
