   I bought five items, paid, and had my receipt in hand, yet a man suddenly appears and questions the server about what I bought, right in front of me. I was literally standing there with my items and proof of purchase. Why not just ask me directly? I would’ve gladly shown my receipt. Not everyone is a thief, and the way this was handled was rude and disrespectful. I understood every word since you want to speak apni zabaan, and it was embarrassing. You’ve officially lost a loyal customer.

   They have a good selection of exotic fruits Also oyster mushrooms which are not easy to get hold of. Also great for Asian and European spices, food , drinks, frozen food, pot and pans, herbs, flours, rice ,tin foods etc, but the prices have risen alot!, so I tend to shop around , they do have offers now and again.

Fresh vegetables, a vast range of frozen food halal fresh meat and frozen fish, they even had frozen octopus. Chapati flour, rice and spices. The shelves were well stocked. Ample parking other stores onsite.

   Poor quality vegetables, if you are lucky to be there when they bring them fresh is ok, but otherwise they will keep all those vegetables until they get rotten. The other part of the supermarket is ok ish, you can get good variety of spices and rice in large quantities.

   Value for money and great deals available in store. The staff is very polite and the store is well stocked and clean. I haven't seen a store like this in Birmingham. Must visit for all your grocery needs.
