   I went in on New Year’s Day morning to get a hot chocolate because I was cold. I asked if it could be served in a glass and was made to feel uncomfortable by a lady wearing a headscarf, who looked down on me for asking. The staff were not welcoming at all, and the hot chocolate itself was only lukewarm and completely tasteless. It’s such a shame, as I’ve been here many times before and never had any issues.

   You will catch disease if you use their toilet , I ask a member of staff to clean the toilet. She said you can use it if you want, or if you don’t want don’t use it She said , they were very busy and they made £3000 on this the staff told me , what kind of excuse was that , on Sunday 09 /11 / 2025 this was the day when I was there , My shoes were full of urine from the toilet floor. When I went in my car, I could smell the urine all the way home Home , I nearly throw up a few hours later ?

   Been coming for a long time .. nearly ten years and so far the best near me. Today’s drink was especially delicious. I got the maple hazel hot chocolate and was made by Othmane, absolutely delicious, I’ve noticed he’s very efficient at make orders and making them very tasty. Thanks !!

   A good stop point if you need your caffeine or a rest. It’s very easy to find and the service is quick. They also have charging ports on the high chair hair area by the windows. Both inside and outside have many seating area and you can smell the lovely coffee beans. The store is clean and organized however we did find a broken stool when we wanted to sit by the window but changed our minds to sit outside.

   This is the Best Costa Coffee in London. Friendly staff, Kasper is really a good manager. Cappuccino is perfect ( I’m Italian) All clean , beautiful music and atmosphere. Toilet perfectly clean easy for the person with the disability . Parking free for two hours.

   I asked the guy at tye counter for extra shot he looked at upset a rude rude face , I am paying for this it's not favour , it you are tired take some hollidays but be nice to your costumers.

   I was with my family last week having coffees at this Costa ,we were having a great moments , when the manager came over asking us to be quite, even we were not noisy it's just when you are out at restaurant , this is normal, second time he came asking to sit properly because we blocking the passage ...I understand from that he wanted to anoy us , we left immediately the place and will never return here...

   I ordered a tea, the sachet came open, and there is bits of tea, I asked the guy to change it, he said I can't , the sachet broke when you stiring it, I said ok, can I speak to the manager , he said I am the manager. I understood that he refuses to give me proper tea, just because he doesn't like me , cos the tea doesn't cost anything .

   How is it possible to mess up an iced caramel latte every single time. This Costa is literally 2 minutes away from my house, it’s convenient and when I first started going there the drinks were amazing and done well and they never got my order wrong, wether I store or delivery. Something changed in the last 4 months and ever since I’ve been getting iced down milky drinks with a drop of coffee instead of an iced latte. I give up.

   I’m very upset and disappointed by the way I was treated in this store. One of your staff members didn’t want to complete my order as I was with my electric scooter and willing to have a quick drink indoors. He stated I was not allowed to keep it inside without further explanation. I asked what happens if a customer comes in on a wheelchair or a buggy, since they all occupy the same room. He kept saying I wasn’t allowed and he wasn’t proceeding to finish my order. So I went to another costa coffee where this rule seem it doesn’t exist. I’m a regular customer for the last 9 years and I wasn’t expecting this treatment. It all happened in front of customers and staff members that knows me. Not sure if I will be back to that branch.
