   What a personal service ! Ann, Matt and Kinga work really well together as a team with so much knowledge of products at their fingertips. The kitchen carcasses are good quality. We chose a painted wood kitchen and the paint has a catalyst working with it that hardens the paint and prevents chips. The odd item that didn’t come with the initial delivery was brought personally by one of the team and they were interested to see the project unfold. Tips and tweaks from a team who knew their subject were invaluable to us. Nothing was too tricky for their fitter Alastair who worked steadily, carefully and efficiently. Thank you Cucina.

   What a fantastic job cucina did for us. We have a 7yr old property and the kitchen that was fitted was basic with all the appliances integrated but just didn't work for us. We meet Kinga and Matt who went through lots of different options for us and kinga designed a completely different layout for us which still housed all the appliances we had + extra. We had the work done end of January and from start to finish we were kept updated about everything that was happening, we used electrician and floor ing companies Kinga & Matt recommended but I have to say Alistair the carpenter fitter who fitted the kitchen out himself is an outstanding tradesman and is perfectionist and a most valuable asset to this company. We had all new Neff appliances which we find fantastic food is cooked better and tastes better,and Kinga got us a good promotional deal on everything we supplied an instant boiling water tap ourselves which Alistair also installed which means no more boiling kettles and is a must to have. To round up our experience of culinary is only positive, they are very professional, friendly,helpful,and I would recommend anyone to seriously use them. Thank you for everything you did.    Not only did Cucina Kitchens do a great job on our new kitchen a few years ago but when I went back to them for some help they were just as good. We had scratched one of our handles badly on the fridge door with my partner's rings, and when I enquired about replacing it they sorted it out instantly. Matt even remembered what handles I had and found one in stock. Ann is also just as helpful. Honestly couldn't ask for a better service. Highly recommended.

   Our Architect recommended this independent family business and having gone to 3 companies for designs and quotes it was an easy decision to use Cucina. The design was the best, we felt listened too, we were showed alternative options to consider and the cost was in the middle, but hard to compare in isolation as we were getting much more with Cucina’s design. The process was easy but you would expect the sales part to go well, but for us and the reason we have recommended this company to friends and family was the communication as we approached fitting day and the hands on involvement after that. The kitchen was only part of a bigger renovation and we arranged fitting separate but Cucina really cared about the design and were hands on throughout fitting. There were a couple of things that needed tweaking during fitting and they worked together with the builders to make these changes subtly and easily. Anything that was not quite exact was instantly rectified and we have the kitchen of our dreams. This company made the experience exciting and the process easy. I can see why we received the recommendation and I will be happy to actively recommend this company to anyone.

   Visited Cucina whilst at the garden centre. Nice relaxed atmosphere, allowed to browse without pressure. We asked for someone to pop out and look at our kitchen. And arranged to go back around week later. They showed us amazing computer visuals of how our kitchen looked, we could see exactly how the furniture would look in our kitchen which really helped. Can’t believe how good it looked. The quotation was very competitive and not as much I thought it might of been. All the staff were so friendly and helpful . Really felt this was the company for us. Placed our order without hesitation, (I’m not normally so spontaneous when it comes to placing big orders!) We can’t wait to see the finished results. Highly recommend Cucina to anyone looking for their new kitchen.
