   Very disappointing every single day! Either rude Management or very rude assistance! Full of empty shelves! Arguing with customers instead helping! Very disrespectful bunch of people! There are some nice sales agents but most are arrogant or helpless!! Store manager Or the Area manager also very rude!! Very unprofessional staff! I’m sorry! Never experience like this before in any Other Bookers stores at all! Good luck with these bunch of people for Chesterfield Branch

   Visited the store for the first time last week and was greeted half way round by the store manager. She was lovely and really helpful giving us all the information we needed about deliveries and products we may need for our restaurant. She introduced us to the butchery manager and he was just as helpful explaining to my hubby about all the products they offered. Thankyou for all your help, we have all ready been back a couple of times since.
