I didn’t Recommend this place because the coffee is watery. I speak with the member of staff they say this is the latte if you like proper coffee cappuccino this is not the first time to drink latte. I know what I drink.bad
Me and my friends came here after school for a treat . Me and my friend ordered a peach ice tea . My other friend ordered a caramel frappe and a blueberry muffin . The peach ice tea was warm and had no ice ! My friend normally loves peach ice tea but this was just off . It was disgusting . We could not order something else because we wasted £7 on two peach ice teas . It tasted like beer and dookie ! Never going to be ordering again . Personally we should be able to have free drinks from now on after this experience .
The barista was lovely and pleasant and made a fab hot chocolate...I've had ones previously where it's been luke warm but this was nice an warm with plenty of marshmallows and cream...just what you need on a miserable rainy afternoon
For 1 of the 4 Costa Coffees within half a mile of each other, this shop is still a good one. Parking is easy as it's located on a large retail park. However this does mean it gets very busy and the shop is surprisingly small for such a busy area so sitting in can be tricky. There are seats outside but, you know, it's winter lol. Drinks are delicious as usual and food is also very nice, but typically slightly overpriced for the food. Staff were extremely friendly and service was actually quite quick considering how busy it was.
I go in here a lot and always enjoy. Today I came in with my 2 year old daughter who asked them for pudding as toddler’s do and the barista Nikki brought over a gingerbread man for my daughter even checking to make sure it was vegan first as I had bought something vegan myself. Such a kind thing to do, thank you.
Thank you so much to the lovely lady and gentleman for today - they made sure my lost valuables were kept safe and returned to me. I can’t say thank you enough for your honesty. Service is so friendly and they go the extra mile.
Used to have really friendly staff but the last few visits Iv had moody staff serve me at the till. Shouting, what!!! Cos she couldn’t hear my order. Giving attitude the way she talks whilst serving, no customer service skills at all. Manager needs to rethink who they employ or train them in customer service skills. I don’t think the mystery shoppers would be happy with the service in this store that’s for sure!
