Avoid at all costs. I naively signed up for a consultation (which was with a sales person and not a doctor). This was over a year ago and I didn't go ahead after reading 100s of negative reviews across their different branches. Since then I have been harassed by their sales people non stop and they have continued to spam me despite numerous polite requests not to be contacted. I have also had spam calls from loads of other companies since signing up with UKHT. Avoid at all costs.
Highly recommended! The team stayed in touch throughout the process of consultation and till the transplant, was quick to respond to all queries as well. Amazing service.
