   I was very disappointed with the level of customer service during my recent visit to this cinema. From the outset, we appeared to be treated differently from other customers, which made the experience uncomfortable and confusing. Upon arrival, we were informed that orders would be collection-only for approximately 10 minutes. I returned to place our order within that time. The staff member serving me made assumptions about my order, and after I provided the full list, I was moved to another till, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. After paying, we were required to make multiple trips to collect our items, despite the film not having started and despite other customers clearly receiving table service. While seated, I observed several other guests having their orders delivered to them, which made the situation feel unfair and embarrassing. Later, during the film, I ordered a glass of wine and was told it would take 10 minutes due to it being “busy,” even though there were no customers at the till at that time. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I found this level of service disappointing and below expected standards. Overall, the experience negatively impacted our visit and made us feel uncomfortable as customers. I would not return and would recommend choosing a cinema where customer service is handled more consistently and professionally.

   Watched The Avatar at Everyman Cinema and the sound and screen quality were excellent, which really made the experience enjoyable. The visuals and music came through beautifully. I also had a burger and the shrimp starter — both were delicious. Service was good and attentive. Overall a really nice cinema experience.

   I went with my bf to see Zootroplis 2 and had been a regular customer to Everyman Cinema. But I have to say, I had the BEST and the FRIENDLIST (if that’s even a word) host ever xx Bebe! She’s awesome and so great. I’ve never had a bad experience with Everyman before but Bebe just brings it to another level. So welcoming and puts a smile on peoples face. I accidentally misordered something and she was able to quickly respond & solve the problem. If you ever come to Everyman cinema and meet Bebe, you’re in great hands!

   Despite living very close to a cinema in Coventry I happily go to Birmingham just to see films at the Everyman there. Staff are consistently excellent, the seats are super comfortable and the audiences are well behaved. Great coffee too! I could not be more happy with a venue.

   We rented the venue for a work event and couldn't recommend it more. As well as it being a beautiful bar and cinema, the staff were brilliant, really helpful and made the evening go without a hitch. Good beer and food as well. If you're hosting an event for up to 100 people or so, look no further.

   By far the best way to do cinema. Snack and drinks brought to your seat. Seats are very comfy sofas with optional cushions. They are lethal though and will make you want to nod off so be careful. The staff and service was excellent. Cinema was very clean and modern looking. They do one of the best vegan milkshakes I have ever tasted. So good in fact, that i ordered two. You get a car park discount when you show your ticket to the staff. I was well impressed that you advertised more British cinema trailers. I was especially impressed you were showing Clerks III. I said to my gf. "This is the only way to do cinema now".

   Went to the national theatre screening tonight and the service was excellent. I was served by a young man who introduced himself as Lucas, he was exceptionally accommodating and even offered to take a picture of us both when he saw us taking pictures of each other. Will definitely be back soon

   I loved the sofas, they were so comfy just like the ones at home! I enjoyed the cheesy chips and the whole experience was very cute. I loved the atmosphere and the decor to! Can't wait to go again!
