   Today, my son and I went to the Odeon Luxe cinema at the Broadway Plaza in Birmingham to see Avatar. The screening started at 4 p.m. in Screen 3. Having read many negative reviews about this cinema, we weren't sure we'd made the right choice. However, upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were very attentive. The seats were very comfortable, clean and in perfect working order. The restrooms were clean, too. Although the ticket price was significantly higher than at other cinemas, it was definitely worth the extra cost. We'll definitely be back to see another film. Thank you so much for a lovely time!

   lovely location and screen. terrible seats and toilet cleanliness. this place is not maintained well at all. its a shame, it's fallen a great deal since it became a luxe.

   Went here to watch Demon Slayer and had a really great experience. The cinema is clean, comfortable, and the recliner seats make a huge difference. The sound and screen quality were excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect for enjoying the movie.

   Very nice cinema with plenty of leg room...reclining sofa style chairs. Friendly staff with good customer service, competitive prices for tickets and snacks,toilets were very clean which was impressive to me for a cinema.....paid underground Apcoa parking in the broadway carpark £3 for 3 hrs.

   As a limitless customer for over 2 years now we do visit this cinema a lot and I must say the whole experience is fantastic. It looks very futuristic inside and being a luxe offers that extra level of comfort whilst watching your film. The screen s are huge and the sound quality is great too. The staff are very friendly and polite and the toilets are very clean indeed. Certainly worth a visit if you are in the area and want to watch a movie. There is also 3 hours of free parking which is a big car park underneath the cinema itself. Just make sure you validate your car registration when you are in the cinema. Highly recommended

   This cinema is fantastic, it’s bright and welcoming. Very well thought out and even though I miss the human interaction of purchasing a ticket at the counter it’s rather handy to order from the digital kiosk as there’s movie information and pictures. Some of the machines don’t work and can be rather frustrating when your at the checkout and it stops working when you’ve paid or coming to pay. Love that you can order food on the same machine and the order gets sent straight to the kitchen, then it’s the case of picking up your order as it’s waiting for you to collect. Very seamless! Love it. Free parking for 3hrs. Validate at the screens available inside I-sense seating is lovely and very luxurious. Reclining seat and table for all your snacks and drinks.

   I go here quite often and service has been excellent however the seats we paid for weren't the best and not fully reclined which might be due to a fault. We paid £18 each for 2 people and that is extortionate prices at These hard times. My biggest downside are the seats as one had a hole in it.

   Really good place to watch a movie. Food was ready by the time we arrived, so we just collected it without queueing and went to our screen. Chairs are very comfy, but some of them have cracks on armrest, those are a bit scratchy.
