    Is there an issue with the heating at this cinema? There were people walking out half way through the movie as it was soooo cold. I was enjoying Avatar so much I didn't want to leave so chose to stay even though I was freezing cold. If your thinking of going wear thermals & take a blanket. Not a great experience at all & has put me off going again.

    I have been visiting this cinema for many years, and while it has never been that good of a cinema, the quality of my recent visits has noticeably declined. On my most recent visit, I purchased a ticket along with a tin and cup. The staff member assumed I did not want popcorn or a drink included, and once I realised this and asked for them, I was told it could not be refunded or adjusted. As a result, I had to pay extra for popcorn and a drink separately, despite this being a simple misunderstanding that could have been easily resolved. It only takes a bit of common sense that if someone is getting ready to watch a 3 hours long movie that they would want to include the food and drink. Additionally, Screen 1 has had a large visible mark on the screen for several years. I have personally informed staff about this issue multiple times over the years, and each time I was told they were aware of it. However, it appears this has never been escalated or repaired. This significantly affects the viewing experience and should not persist for such a long period. The volume in Screen 1 is also very quiet, and it feels as though only the front speakers are functioning properly. Even during loud action scenes, the audio is so quiet that you can clearly hear other audience members rustling food packaging from across the cinema. Even sitting in the centre of the cinema the audio and volume is still terrible. After 15 years of visiting this cinema I think I’ll be travelling abit further to experience movies the correct way in the future.

    Went to see avatar, heating was broken so it felt like AC was on in winter. Β£80 for 5 of us - being comfortable felt like a reasonable ask. Bloody horrible, complained but nothing happened. Went to the car to get blankets. ayesha was behind the food counter and came in to offer us some hot chocolate on the house. Sometimes, things go wrong and it’s no one’s fault. How teams handle that stuff makes all the difference as a customer - bringing us hot chocolate to our seats is the kind of simple, kind act of initiative that turns around bad situations. Ayesha, not everyone thinks like this - β€œtreat people like guests in your home” is what amazing people do, and you did instinctively. You’re an asset to the business - drive it like you own it, you’ll go far with that attitude!! Thank you for looking after us.

    me and my friend who are both 15, were going to watch five nights at freddies 2 with her sister who is 19 years old at 22:30-00:12, went in and a member of staff told us we werent allowed in as it was over 18's. if we were with an adult i dont see why it is an issue, staff member was blunt and rude with us despite us just listening and not having any attitude or nowt. im disappointed as i dont understand the issue as to why we wasnt allowed in. it didnt say anywhere on the ticket that you had to be 18+, which i think is a nightmare. if its an 18 atleast add that it is an 18 over a certain time instead of remaining as the original age 15. what a joke

    Felt very shabby - chairs worn (though comfortable) and the screen was visibly filthy. We found the temperature a little chilly but they were doing their best with heaters. I was annoyed to be shown a trailer (twice!) for the film I was waiting there to see. Friendly staff.

    Visited yesterday. Screen 4. It was absolutely filthy dirty. Bits of food on many seats including mine. Upholstery was stained. A lot of the leather VIP seats at the back were ripped. In need of a good refurb. Could start with cleaning what they have got! Would put me off going again.

    Despite the interior seating in some screens looking a bit tired. I still wouldn't go anywhere else. It's local, it's good value, the staff are always pleasant. A good experience

    This cinema is particularly dated, the seats are visibly dirty, and the toilets were not cleaned a great standard. We also happened to go on a day that they had accidentally mixed blue and orange slush together to create a green - not a great combination, unfortunately. This being said, the staff were very nice and accommodating throughout.

    Always an easy and pleasant place to visit. We frequently use this one as the others are quite a distance if we didn't have it!! Yes, queues are annoying when busy and a pre order system or Costa machine and popcorn dispensing facility would be easier to avoid waiting at busier times. Staff are usually helpful and friendly. Prices have been fantastic during the pandemic, keeping us going with something to do and look forward to.
