“Went to see avatar, heating was broken so it felt like AC was on in winter. £80 for 5 of us - being comfortable felt like a reasonable ask. Bloody horrible, complained but nothing happened. Went to the car to get blankets. ayesha was behind the food counter and came in to offer us some hot chocolate on the house. Sometimes, things go wrong and it’s no one’s fault. How teams handle that stuff makes all the difference as a customer - bringing us hot chocolate to our seats is the kind of simple, kind act of initiative that turns around bad situations. Ayesha, not everyone thinks like this - “treat people like guests in your home” is what amazing people do, and you did instinctively.
