   Very bad customer service..employees say different prices for the same service.they charged more than two times the price they said when booking the appointment. And the curls didn’t last at least 8 hours. The most terrifying thing is they don’t accept their mistake either.

The results were fantastic!

   I had been growing out my eyebrows for three months to make them thicker , and I specifically told the lady simi to be careful and keep them thick from the beginning. Unfortunately, she didn’t listen and ended up making them very, very thin. I was extremely disappointed with the result. If she wasn’t able to keep them thick, she could’ve at least communicated that before starting. I truly regret going there. Please, if you’re considering getting threading done, think twice before choosing this place.

   I definitely recommend El Beauty for their services and also welcoming customer service . The place gets pretty busy so please book your appointments prior. I had my hair cut at the salon and love it . Check out their offers too . From waxing to other beauty treatments are part of their service too.

   I am always so happy with the service at El Beauty Lounge. I come here regularly to get my eyebrows threaded and waxing and they do a very good job. Manju is excellent and really takes care in providing treatments. Also I’d recommend the the facial treatments which I had done when they had an offer on and it was great and very relaxing!

   The male who cut my hair was very rude, abrupt and very unprofessional with no customer service skills at all, he cut my hair wrong which took him over 2 hours for a simple wash and cut. I left the salon extremely upset because of the extremely poor level of service and treatment. He did not know how to cut a side fringe properly and a colleague had to fix it for him as he had cut it unevenly. A very disrespectful man and I can’t believe I had to pay for the haircut as my hair still remains uneven and not what I asked for.

   My experience at El Beauty Lounge was absolutely AMAZING!!!! The salon is beautiful, everyone who works there are so friendly and professional specially the owner/Hairstylist Lenny. His work indeed is incredible. I can say my hair were in good hands and that this is the only salon that I trust to properly to deal with my hair. The service is just AMAZING. Totally worth it. Highly recommend this place and definitely coming back to this place.

   I had mini spa, which included facial, which was amazing, my beautician (Manju) was highly skilled and really took care of me. The place was clean and very relaxing. I booked online and then received a Call to confirm my appointment followed by an email confirmation. Thank you, worth every penny.
