   Avoid! The lady working there told another customer to avoid eating pizza and burgers because of her facial hair. They also had signs up saying new customers pay £3 for eyebrows. When I went to pay she charged £5 as I had called to make an "appointment" 10 minutes before. Much better salons in the area.

   I recently had a facial treatment at Heston Salon , Manpreet was the staff and I must say - it was one of the best I have received in few years. From start to finish, the experience was incredibly relaxing and professionally done. Manpreet was welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive to my skin's specific needs. I would highly recommend Manpreet for my friends and family when they visit Heston Salon. Now I am a permanent client of Manpreet.

   I have been coming to this Salon for almost 4 to 5 years and the reason was one.. Vandana!! She is amazing. She is so polite and has been outstanding in her services be it waxing or pedicure. I highly recommend her for any service. Efficient, fast and neat. Outstanding customer service.

   Great service received from Shalu - she was very polite and did an excellent job in ensuring that my hair was styled properly after washing it. She is also very quick and thorough with waxing so I would recommend asking for her.

   Excellent work done by the staff on Saturday last week. Amazing skills shown by her. She made me very relaxed while I was there. She was so friendly and professional. She was on her own and I had to wait for a while though, but she managed all and was worth it.

   I never complain but this salon provides terrible service. Walked in after I had called to confirm for availability and no one came...I called a few times but still no one turned up even though I could hear someone in the back and last time I paid with my Amex the lady had an attitude for it. Not recommend at all.
