   Came here to watch a film and was very pleased ! Only one advert/trailer before the film started and the staff member on shift was absolutely lovely. Great price for film tickets too. Roomy seats and plenty of snack and drink options, will hopefully go back again :)

   Really nice cinema. Holds regular events which have a good atmosphere. Cinema itself is also good. There is a bar, and you can buy various snacks and soft drinks. Easy to park outside usually. Would recommend

   This great venue has been refurbished and is under new management. It has a great little licenced bar in the foyer that regularly runs different events like creatives mixers and open mics. I've only been in one of the screens (two separate films) and it seemed clean and as comfortable as any normal cinema. Temperature and sound levels all seemed fine. Highly recommend for anyone in Kidderminster area wanting either a cinema night out, or even just a pint!

   Didn't know about this cinema until a couple of weeks ago and went for the first time yesterday. Received a very warm welcome from the 2 gentleman in the bar area. Some of the seats could do with updating but seen on previous comments from owner that this is being looked into. Film sound and quality good. At the end of the film one of the gentleman opened the doors and took our litter off us and asked if we'd enjoyed the film and thanked us for attending. Downstairs the other gentleman thanked us and let us know that we would be very welcome to go there again. Very personal and pleasant visit to this gem of a cinema. Will definitely be visiting again.

   I have visited the cinema a fair few times since it re opened as I have always been so grateful that we have a local cinema and think it's really important to use it so we don't lose it. Unfortunately more often than not when I have been there, there have been issues. To name but a few, numerous times they have forgotten to start the film (the worst time for this was upon bringing the children to a christmas show and it delayed the performance by over 30mins and they still played the adverts). This has happened many times and happened again on my last visit where I again had to go and tell reception they hadnt started the film to which they had no idea. On top of this we have also had films cancelled, most recently with the greatest showman, I'd had it confirmed previously the film would show at 8 and we could come for that and skip the hour before of pre drinks, to arrive and find they film had been started and 7 and then subsequently shut down due to no viewers, with little to no apology and even when I have reached out via messenger iv had no response which is really dissapointing as it shows they don't really care about the customer experience or letting them down. This is a real shame as with some extra care and attention this could be a great little cinema. I will still use the facility as it's local and i don't have access to a car, but in all honestly if I did, I would go to a larger chain to avoid the amount of times I have been let down.

   Have thoroughly enjoyed visiting Lume cinema over the last two days to watch films in their £2 kids club. Great prices & a fantastic way to spend time with family and friends during the school holidays. Good choice of snacks and drinks at reasonable prices. Definitely prefer to support a local business over visiting other larger cinema chains. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

   Lovely place, much better now there's air con! We have been to a lot of the £2 kids club, can't beat it! Seats are a little snug if you're generously proportioned like me, but apart from that the place is great!
