   For a friday evening with a major film’s first night… there was not a lot of staff serving food and drinks so queue was slow moving. Good cinema. Difficult to find parking due to where it is.

   I’ve been to this cinema a few times over the years, but I don’t remember it ever being this impressive. Honestly, it’s easily one of the best classic cinemas. The place has a real nostalgic charm, proper ’90s vibes that instantly take you back to what going to the cinema used to feel like. It’s a massive venue too, with loads of screens, a spacious foyer, There’s also a pub-style bar upstairs, which adds a nice touch & a cafe along with many other food & drink option’s. We booked the XPlus screening with Dolby Atmos. the sound and screen quality were spot on. Food and drink prices are typical for a cinema. My only complaint was the guy on snacks counter lacked manners and didn’t seem too bothered to be serving. Politeness and attention would’ve gone a long way. Other than that, no negatives. I’d actually love to have seen what this place looked like when it first opened. There are also lots of restaurants within the same vicinity. Nando’s, McDonald’s, Pizza Hut, Frankie & Benny’s, Bella Italia plus a huge car park. It’s a solid spot for an evening out.

   Brilliant cinema, just a couple minutes walk from the premier inn hotel. Tickets from only 4.99, pre booked online. Great screen and sound quality, good film. No complaints.

   Love this cinema, great value for money. Especially with the insider card because you get cash back to use on your next film. If you go I. The gallery on certain days you get it on special price, the staff are brilliant as well in the gallery. Bar isn’t expensive and you get a box of food to take in with you.

   Good cinema with decent sound and better than average screens. Friendly staff, lots of food options, lots of screens. Plenty of chain restaurants and activities nearby too, so very easy to make a day of it when coming here. The premium seating was empty on our last visit so we decided to upgrade(!) ourselves during the film, and it was very comfortable up there.

   Been to the cinema on a number of occasions and picked the gallery seating. I’ll be honest for what your charging and I don’t even get to recline back is a bit of a liberty when I could go to star city and pay a fraction of the price and have more plush seating. Staff are always friendly and happy to help, but your charging through the nose for not a great environment. Place could do with an upgrade throughout, it’s been the same since I went as a kid and I don’t appreciate hearing a member of staff say to a customer, I don’t get paid enough to do that speak to senior management to get them to pay me more.. you print tickets it doesn’t warrant a pay increase.

   Recently visited to watch a movie. Nice wide isles and seats but found it a little chilly inside this was no 11 screen to watch the latest Bill Night film. Presume making cost savings like everyone so may need to keep you coat on inside. Choice of variable snacks available but always a little pricey

   Great. Bar area is nice upstairs. We had the gallery tickets with the bentonite boxes. They are good but the chocolate sauce in the sweet one tastes bitter and cheap so left that. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere
