   Had my nails done 5 days before Christmas eith Biab and extra gel to stay stronger because Biab tends not to stay long and they made me go for extra gel and on 26 boxing day both Biab and gel starting coming off completely. I went on 27 and tell them what happened but the chubby lady eith her brows tattooed was rude to me saying that I should have call or gone there when the gel came off and I told her that they were closed on 25 and 26 and she offered to take them off free of charge.when everything was done and thanked her for the take off and she completely ignored me and didn't say you're welcome or I am sorry for your experience.very rude lady ,no manner at all.I would not recommend that place at all

   I popped in on the chance they could fit me on for shellac removals and reapplication on my toes. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Clean and comfortable environment. Would definitely return :)

   I feel silly because I'm usually outspoken but I was at the beginning of a cold. And I was sat in here for 2 hours having nails done. I've never had my nails filed so much, 11 times she filed them. And they're all different shapes. They're terrible, 4 days and 2 of my acrylics are lifting off. The gel is far too thick. It's ridiculous. I have my nails done often i must add. 2 of my friends have now said how awful my nails look. Also if you can't do nail art, don't say you can and then do something entirely different. Looks like blobs on my nails that were supposed to be leaves. Best part of 50 quid for what look like cheap press ons too big for my finger nails. Infact press ons would look better. I'm more annoyed at myself for not speaking up. My Daughter said they looked awful on our way home. Now I'm feeling a bit better I can see how shocking they are.

   Nice enough staff but the worst nails I’ve ever had. Nails are way too thick, and are too wide for my actual nails so makes them alook like stick on nails and just unprofessional. Paint job is rubbish too but I spent 2 hours in there so by this point I’d completely had enough. Would have thought finish look would be amazing considering it took so damn long. Like I said nice enough staff but won’t be coming here again. Paid an extra fiver to have just the tips painted ????
