   GREAT 1ST IMPRESSION FOR A POSSIBLE NEW CUSTOMER...NOT. Walked in this morning (salon appeared very quiet) just wanted a price list and a had a very quick question. Stood at the desk, the one member of staff in there completely ignored me, eventually she asked if she could help (without even coming over to me) told me where the price lists were at which point I said I also had a question, she then just carried on with what she was doing (which seemed to be just tidying up hair extensions or something)I waited few minutes longer and it was apparent she had no intentions to welcome me as a possible new customer. I gave up and walked out. Now reading the reviews I'm guessing that was the right thing to do, I will take my money and custom elsewhere !

   I would strongly advise against going to this salon! I had a consultation with the hairdresser, Eugen, and he was honestly the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. At first, he seemed polite and explained what he could do for me. However, when I asked if he could offer a discount, since there were deals available on Treatwell, he completely lost his temper. I was shocked! He went off about how his years of experience and the four hours he’d spend on my hair affected his health. I couldn’t believe it—he chose this profession, not me! How dare he say my question was unreasonable? To make matters worse, Eugen and the receptionist were laughing at me, as if I was doing something ridiculous. The level of rudeness was unbelievable. Honestly, even one star is too generous!

   absolutely disappointed, my sister got a haircut here yesterday. she has curly hair, and he did a completely dry cut without spraying her hair at all. She didn’t know it was uneven until she came home and blow dried her hair to find out her hair was all different lengths. The front was long the back was short, it was terrible. She couldn’t stop crying, it was devastating to see. She had to go somewhere else for them to fix it, and when the salon saw her hair they were absolutely shocked. Disappointed.

   My sister got her hair done here. She asked for a wash and blow dry. Although her hair was thin, she wanted the ends curled. The hairdresser (male- he did not even introduce himself) refused to touch up her ends , even though thats what she wanted (and, especially with a hair salon, the customer’s opinion should always be put before the hairdressers). He did not talk to her throughout the appointment. He refused to do anything she wanted except for the style she wanted. Never going to return and I am really disappointed.

   Pooja does the best job of facial threading… absolutely no concept of customer service in anyone else’s mind here. I had booked and paid for an appointment in advance, and I’ve been waiting for about half hour… still no sign of the threading person! Not coming back here next time unless Pooja is available.

   It was my first time visiting this hair salon and had the best experience. Staff were really friendly and professional. They were also able to provide me a room where they can do my hair privately as I do where a head scarf. The lady who did my hair was so nice. Absolutely love my new hair, thank you very much! Definitely will be going back.

   This Salon is both friendly and Professional. Both the beautician and hairdressers are attentive to your needs and give care to attention to detail. I personally have had beauty treatments and hairdressers and was very pleased with their service. They do an excellent job and prices are fab. This salon is tucked away and located in Cloisters Mall in Kingston Upon Thames open 7 days a week. The staff are welcoming and chatty providing tea and magazines for a Pleasant stay during your treatment. Great advantage is you can book online.

   This place has absolutely amazing and professional staff. They are extremely welcoming and helpful. I had my hair cut here and it looks fantastic. Exactly what I wanted! I also did my waxing here. It was fast, effective, painless and I got exactly the results I was looking for. I definitely recommend this salon to others. I will absolutely one hundred percent be returning!!!
