   I’ve been coming here for two months, but today my eyebrows were completely messed up from a young lady. One was made shorter than the other, a patch was taken off where I barely have hair, and I’m left with irritation and rashes. When I mentioned it, I was told “don’t worry,it will go away” which felt very dismissive. I only asked for a tidy-up, not a new shape. Really disappointed with today’s service.

   One staff was a bit rude and rough today. I would appreciate it if customers are being instructed in a nice and gentle manner. This is just uncomfortable.

   A well presented salon in Neasden. I usually get my eyebrows done here ( they do a good job of that) I got a haircut for the first time last week which was done beautifully by Hakeema, she was very professional took the time to understand my hair type and concerns and gave me exactly the type of style I wanted. The salon staff is professional , friendly and always accommodating. A really good spot for all the locals here.

   I booked an appointment on the same day for a haircut & blow-dry. All the ladies were very welcoming, Diana cut and styled my hair with a lot of care and attention so overall very happy with my experience. The price was very affordable compared to other places, would definetely come back again :)

   It’s was truly amazing customer service, The treatments preformed here by all members of the Khubsoorat team are done to a very high and professional standard. I would recommend this salon to anyone that would like to get the many treatments offered by them. The prices are very affordable and the service is quick and friendly. I come here once in a while to get my lash lifted and the results are amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone to wants to be pampered at an affordable price.

   It was outstanding customer service and exceptionally fast treatments of a very high standard. I come here to get my eyebrows and get laser hair removal done and they are always very efficient and friendly. I also came here to get my hair cut and dyed and the colour lasted for ages. I would highly recommend this store to anyone that would like to get beauty treatments done that they offer.

   Came here to have my eyebrows TIDIED and tinted. I was being specific that I want my eyebrows to be tidied only with natural finish. However, one of my eyebrows has been over threaded and is now visibly thinner than the other one. Even my colleagues at work noticed. That is very elementary mistake to make. I am really disappointed, especially because it takes forever for eyebrows to grow back.

   Terrible full face wax. Peeled my skin off. Unprofessional, kept shouting amongst themselves whilst attending to customer, refused to listen when I suggested there was places she had not waxed properly. she refused to wax but Instead began threading without warning despite charging me full price for waxing. Waste of money, do not recommend!
