Have called the police as they are threatening me. Awful experience. Booked a haircut for my mum through Treatwell and selected to pay at salon. Have the confirmation of how much it costs but the salon tried to charge a lot more. Wouldn’t let my mum leave without paying the higher price. We paid the price as advertised on Treatwell and they eventually opened the door for her! I have contacted treatwell who confirmed I am correct in the price and they also suggested I call the police as they are now threatening me via whatsapp. They have since changed their pricing on treatwell.
So kind and very thoughtful. Was offered tea or coffee and the hairstylist was very meticulous. Absolutely love my hair.
Would avoid this place at all costs. I was booked in just to get my roots bleached and toned as they had grown out, explained I like a tiny bit of root still showing as my hair for a smooth transition when it grows out. Staff were very welcoming I will give them that, kept offering tea and coffee. The bleach was washed off far too soon and my roots were orange, I was then sat over the bowl having who knows what put on my hair and it was still orange so they added an all over colour. Which left my hair with one orange stripe by my root then a pink stripe and then my blonde ends. After my getting very upset over what had happened and being there for 5 hours already they called in another stylist who “specialised” in blonde hair. I was told 15 minutes then again and then again, I waited 2 and a half hours for her to get there just to put a dark blonde/dark brown all over, my roots were still orange but at least it didn’t have the pink stripe. I booked in with her for 2 weeks after to have highlights put in to brighten it up. Went back trying to feel positive, my appointment was at 2pm she called the gentleman running the salon at 2:30 to say she had double booked and could do my hair at 5. I left a little annoyed and came back at 5, once again waited till 6 with no call from her or contact. She phoned the salon to say she wouldn’t be able to make it and the gentleman running the shop gave me her personal number to try and reschedule. I belive her name was Eliza, she never replied to me and I have not been offered a refund. This place may be good at other things but do not risk getting any sort of hair colour or treatment here
The staff where very accommodating and very helpful. They went all out for me as I have swollen ankles and a bad hip. I had a pedicure and the nail technician was so lovely. My second time back in fact. Will go back again for my third.
Excellent service and professional staff, I had a mani-pedi and a 1 hour massage, it was amazing :) will be going back! Very good value for money!

Super friendly staff who made the experience super relaxing and enjoyable. Not to mention the quality of the work itself, which I had struggled to find at other salons. Would definitely recommend and will be returning only there for my mani pedis.
