   I always come to Sajna for eyebrows and have been for years. But today was my first time having a wax of my underarms and my private area and it was done by Guida and I must say woooooow 10/10 very professional, attentive to detail, great conversation she made me feel comfortable as I am very conscious of my body and she made feel so comfortable and I feel amazing. And I mush also add my eyebrow lady Sweetie is amazing always knows what I want never have to ask her and she listens never rushes.

   darshana did an AMAZING job threading my eyebrows!! my first time here and i will definitely be back, i usually go to places that charge £30+ and i have never seen such amazing results. DEFINITELY COME HERE

   Sajna is my go to for all my waxing and threading! I always go to Jaiya as she is an absolute perfectionist and always goes the extra mile as well as being so sweet and friendly whenever I go in! I would highly recommend her!

   I usually use the tooting branch for waxing. My brother gave me gift voucher as a birthday present for Wimbledon village. I went for a colour patch test couple of days before my appointment. I booked for root colouring and waxing. The lady who booked my appointments said she is the beautician who will be doing my waxing. I did tell her what I wanted done with strip waxing not hot wax. My appointment was today (17/02/2023) The lady who did my roots was very nice, gentle and gave me good tips. But the next day I went to another saloon to have cut and blow dry the lady who was washing my her asked me if I dyed my own hair I said no I went to a salon. She said they haven’t washed your hair properly there is a lot of dye still in your hair. Also she spent 5 minutes cleaning the dyes off my forehead. When it came to waxing the beautician said we usually use hot wax on that area not strip wax. I replied I always do it in your tooting brunch as I prefer that. Also when I booked it I did say strip. With the first strip I knew she wasn’t good. I been going to tooting brunch for over 16 years not once it was painful nor gave me red skin. The strip kept getting stuck , half way through she start apologising I said I think the wax is not hot enough that’s why not coming out with first pull. She said this is a cream wax doesn’t get hot. I replied the one they use in tooting never hurts or gets stuck. She said we use the same wax. Finally she admitted she didn’t know how to do the strip wax. I was so furious I just wanted to get up and leave but couldn’t do so half way through. In tooting brunch I usually see Paula, she is brilliant, if she not available they assign another beautician, and couple of times the beatification admitted not knowing how to use the strip so they found someone who could. This lady shouldn’t have started when she knew she didn’t how to do a strip wax. I am sore and have red skin. I will complain to the head office as soon as I can. Very disappointing.

   I moved in to the area a year ago and really wanted to find a waxing/eyebrow place that was clean. This is it! Dita for waxing is AMAZING, i hardly felt any pain and she was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Be warned parking is hard sometimes and you have to pay certain times and days
