I purchased a Groupon voucher for classic lashes and made multiple attempts to book an appointment — calling twice, leaving a voicemail, and sending an email. To date, I have received no response, which is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. As a result, I have requested a full refund and taken my business to another beauty salon who value their customers and respond promptly.
I had a lovely facial, it was such a relaxing experience. She was really attentive throughout, making sure I was comfortable and explaining each step. Could not be happier with the results of my lip filler. My first appointment was so good, it was my first time getting filler and Kelsey was amazing, talked me through it all and checked I was ok the entire time. I then went back about 2 weeks later just to finish the look and my lips have settled perfectly, no lumps and bumps, super symmetrical and really natural. I will 100% recommend to anyone local to the area as I’m so happy with my lips x
