I always go to Gina Conway in Wimbledon to have my hair cut; the stylists are brilliant and the atmosphere is always uplifting and friendly. Happy Christmas to everybody there!

Had my Polyneucleotides treatment with Kajal on Wednesday. It was my second dose of a three treatment package. From the first one i was able to see an improvement in my skin smoothness, tone and wrinkle reduction. Now two days later from treatment two, the bumps are gone (yes you get unsightly bumps on day 1 and possibly 2) but now I'm very happy. I have stopped using makeup and loving my skin just breathing and I now have the confidence to go makeup free for the first time in years. As a spa owner, everybody must think I get to have treatments all the time but I'm typically working all hours and sadly don't make enough time for me. Im loving all the new products we have at the spa now with Murad facials and now Dr Glow. On to a new me... happier and more confident. Thank you!

Padraig was wonderful today. So much more than just a great haircut (though it was definitely that too!). Thank you, Padraig. You are an excellent hairdresser and a wonderful human.

Roberto amazing colour, cut and style. Attentive and diligent. He puts so much thought into the end result and plenty of advice on ongoing styling and care. Salon itself buzzing with all the great and good of Wimbledon! Massage at the start and amazing head massage during hair treatment. Can’t wait to go back !

I look forward to going to my Gina Conway appointments because Nadir is a brilliant stylist, who listens to me and respects my views. Until it comes to football. Then we pick apart the Premier League and I remind him that my team Liverpool beat his into second last year and I enjoy that as much as the cut and blow dry. I don't think he's ever asked me where I'm going on holiday and I love that :)

I got my dates mixed up and arrived a day early. I had not realised until Gina had greeted me apologising for being two minutes late and explained why. I was absolutely thrilled with the service, my consultation, cut and blow dry and it was a fun experience. I have found a salon that I am excited to return to.

Bad experience. Not a warm welcome when entering. Cold water when hair being washed. No refreshments offered, only when the treatment was coming to a end. Curls fell out by the time I got home. Very rushed! Got the price wrong when going to pay, and when the price was corrected, I still have been overcharged according to my bank account. Will not be going back. Used to be a very pleasant place to have your hair done around 5years ago, but sadly has declined.

I came to Gina Conway Wimbledon because a Buyagift voucher I’d bought a while back needed using. This meant I could have an Aveda facial, body massage and mini-manicure – a package that would have been well beyond my current resources had I not understood it was all pre-paid. The spa salon experience was good and the therapists lovely, so I had a really chilled afternoon... … until a 'misunderstanding' occurred at the desk when I wanted to leave, and I was told to pay an additional £120 on top of the voucher cost! (Having returned to the Buyagift website I can see that the cost of the voucher has increased substantially since I purchased it, but I am not necessarily saying that was the reason for my supplemented bill, which at the time struck me as failure to read what the voucher covered.) Although this brought me back down to earth with a bump (setting off a mixture of anxiety and flight or fight responses in my previously relaxed body), to her credit manager Melissa sorted out the issue of the unexpected charges promptly, and in a way that helped to restore my positive view of the business (hence 5 stars have still been awarded for the quality of the treatments I received). I know that I won’t be able to come here again now and I’m not even sure I want to anyway. But I would definitely recommend Gina Conway Wimbledon as a great place to indulge in some self-care, based upon my overall experience on this afternoon's visit.

Been here twice, bustling salon, in department store. Lots of smiles upon entering, they even give you coffee/tea while you wait. They use Aveda products so it's norishing and botanical and your hair doesn't just feel good on the outside but inside too. Kliff the creative colour director did my consultation and colour and ended up eith catwalk hair. Talked me through all the styling products too. Was in safe hands and highly recommend!
