Added money on to the price of nails without telling me on a infill. When challenged said it was cause i changed my shape of nails going from square round to almond. Very sneaky be aware if you go here.
Went to ask for my acrylics to be removed. As usual with most nail bars I was waiting and had to ask how long he’s got the usual 5 to 10 minutes. Then I asked again and she did the foils on the girl next to me then did my foils then did the nails of the girls sat next to me which meant I had acetone my nails for 25 minutes. I’ve just left and some look so uneven. You can clearly see where the old acrylics were on a couple of the nails. I was in there for 55 minutes in total. That is unacceptable. And I’ve left with nails that just look crap and weak. Won’t be going back here.
Not going back again. This is my local nail shop so thought I would give it a try. Horrible experience. Firstly, I was kept waiting for 20+ mins despite pre-booking an appointment because they let 2 walk ins (who came after me) go before me! They did not even apologise for this. My online booking said £30. I showed them a photo of what I wanted and they proceeded to do it. When I finished they then told me I had to pay £40 because what I asked for costed extra. £40 just for infills which I was shocked about as this is what I pay to get my full set done normally. The quality of my nails was not professional at all. The 2 thumbs were different lengths and the filing was uneven. Customer service was terrible. They were constantly talking in their language, not makint any effort to engage with customers. Even the TV programme was in their language. I really wanted to make this salon my regular, but won't be going back here again.
The staff where lovely soo unhappy with my nails. Arrived at store to get nails done was quoted £38 to remove and put new acrylics on thought wow amazing prices. Get to then notice majority of the nails are stuck on wonky and lots of varnish missing on them. So upset got them done for a special event and now want to cut them all off
Will never come to this nail shop again. Went in there for pedicure and to get my nails done, the pedicure was ok, but my nails got butchered! the woman either had no idea what she was doing or didn’t care at all. I was so nearly just going to walk out but they were SHOCKING, I couldn’t leave with the trotters they had given me. She even had the audacity to ask what was wrong with them! If that was the nails they provided they should not be a business. There awful. Another woman said I could come back later so I did, the whole time I was there they were talking about me in there language, laughing staring and commenting on the shape of the nail. It was hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a nail shop and have told everyone I know to never go there. No experience in nails, no service skills, no customer skills and definitely not certified nail technicians. I would advise everyone to never go here. I regret paying them. AWFUL
Good service and friendly. Had a manicure and pedicure shellac. Made we feel comfortable as I had not had a pedicure before. Would go back again
Had a gel manicure and pedicure here today. Haven't visited before but was really impressed. Staff very friendly, place is very clean and my nails look fabulous. Pedicure was great!
5 stars!! Very friendly salon, was even offered tea/coffee. The lady who did my nails- sorry I don't know her name- she's young and has long coffin shaped nails herself- she was fantastic! I told her I like my nails to be long and square and that's exactly what I was given. Only downside and this is the same with most nail shops is that it's cash only and I always put everything on my card as I never carry cash. Only minor and I will still be having my nails done there, would Defo recommend.
