   I’ve had a facial treatment done at this clinic and I am disappointed with the outcome! I am usually lazy with leaving reviews but I had to share this so at leant might save someone from wasting their money. I’ve had similar treatments at other clinics and my skin looked absolutely radiant at least for few days but this time I decided to go somewhere closer to home so this place looked good from outside and inside was presentable so I assumed their services will be as good but NO! For £100 one hour facial I saw no difference whatsoever in my skin.. I would give zero star actually! At the end lady told me “your skin is good but it is all in your head. Most people with good skin actually appreciate it” ! which I thought absolutely irrelevant to say this.

   Since finding this salon, I have never looked back. Walking into my initial appointment, I thought I knew a lot about skin care, but how wrong was I. Sharon has helped me understand the basic necessities needed for keeping my skin in tip-top condition. She has helped with salon treatments and home care products. My skin has never looked better, always receiving compliments on how clear my skin is. The ladies are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They always go above and beyond. The great thing is that Sharon has been through all the treatments herself so she can understand and explain and answer every type of question related to the treatment/procedure. If you are faced with skin problems or dilemmas, go and see the ladies at definition. I've been going 4 years now and counting :D

   I had my eyebrows microbladed by the lovely Aimee today. This is the first time I have had this done, and I have to say, I'm beyond pleased with the results, I love what Aimee has done. Aimee was so professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the different types of semi permanent makeup techniques to establish the best choice for me. I highly recommend Aimme and this clinic. Fabulous experience xx

   Good service but be careful about the prices. If you can, get a receipt for what service you will be receiving. Twice I got weird behaviour regarding my payments and how much I have to pay. First time, the lady asked me for a far much money to pay, when I asked her why, she correct herself. As if I was not careful she might charge me much more. Second time she changed the amount of money I had to pay and she said that was always this price!! I paid what she asked me but I will never go back there.

   I had my eyebrows micro bladed by Aimee who spent an hour explaining the process a month before I had it done. The actual appointment was relaxing & Aimee was gentle & thoughtful, again explaining every step. I was seen 4 weeks later for an aftercare assessment & Aimee “ topped up” a few areas which are more noticeable once the eyebrows have healed & settled. Highly recommend this salon!

   I had laser treatment for red facial veins. Initial consultation was extremely helpful and informative and a patch test completed to make sure I had no reaction. All the staff here are very friendly, approachable and helpful. Their knowledge in skin was exceptional .Very professional and the treatment was not overpriced. This is by far the best clinic around Beautifully decorated inside and out. If you want expert advice then go here. Ive also booked in for a free consultation for Botox
