Went to the Glamour Garage today to get my make up done for an event. The lovey worker was so nice and relaxed which calmed my anxiety a lot! She did an amazing job with my look! I will happily go back to get my makeup done again!
Awful experience from start to finish. Left my daughter in tears. I tried calling Epsom branch multiple times to book twin braids for my little girl after multiple failed attempts to reach someone I booked the service via treatwell. That evening I got a WhatsApp notifying me they could not offer the service in the Epsom branch and I would need to go to Cheam. I replied to this message but got no response back. I spent the whole of Tuesday trying to get hold of the Epsom branch, once I finally got through to someone they offered to move the appointment to Cheam. However after this I got a confirmation email saying my appointment was still at orginal time in Epsom. Causing confusion. I again could not get hold of anyone to confirm so we went to the appointment in Cheam, my experience continued to be disappointing. The purple hair colour we requested with Epsom was not shared to Cheam team so we were offered pink. (Not a huge deal) but obviously again a disappointment. I shared a photo with the stylist of Dutch braid with colour and she agreed all was fine and she could do no issue. I have attached the photos of what we received. The braids were complete mess, loopy, bumpy, not braided in properly. My daughter has had these braids multiple times previously else where and know they are not meant to look like this, especially as we paid for a professional service. If they couldn’t be done to a decent standard they should express that. Quite frankly if I hadn’t of already paid online prior to the appointment I would have cancelled prior due to how difficult and unprofessional it was trying to get in contact with anyone or salon. Secondly I would have not of paid for the result we got. We in fact took the braids out in the car on the way home as they were that bad. This was meant to be a special occasion for my daughter which actually left her in tears. Sadly the photos don’t do it justice to how messy they were. I went in for a last minute appointment for full head of highlight's with Olivia and she really exceeded my expectations! My hair can be a nightmare too as it is really thick but I left feeling the best I’ve felt about my hair in a long time! I love it, the colour, the shade of blonde even the little trim is perfect and exactly what I asked for, will continue to go back here for as long as I can!
I booked in for a T section highlights and as you can see the sections are very uneven, not close to the root and very clear lines of demarcation all over my hair. I contacted the salon and they did respond via WhatsApp within 24 hours and advised they will speak with the owner. The owner offered to rectify this with another stylist but I have voiced my concerns that I don’t have any confidence in revisiting the salon. I understand mistakes can happen but this has appeared all over my hair and would have been noticeable to the stylist when cutting and styling and I feel the stylist could have been honest and told me during my appointment. I understand this is their policy to fix it but I will only accept a refund given my overall experience has been very poor. No apology was even given throughout the correspondence about my experience. Hopefully I can get my money back but I’m leaving this review so others can avoid this happening. Also to note, this was not done by a trainee or apprentice.

Very bad experience , I had lash lift, the treatment wasn’t successful , no change at all, but still they took a full payment and promised that I can come back to redo it, I was away for awhile. When I came back to book an appointment, they didn’t acknowledge that , they offer a half price treatment instead as a good gesture.
