I've been coming to Nail Concept for years. Katie and all of her team are amazing nail artists. Professional and extremely efficient service. I can recommend the pedicures - best one I've ever had. An hour of true relaxation. Thank you to everyone for all the fabulous nails you do.
I don't know what has happened to the staff that used to be there? It is now run by a manic and rude woman who doesn't listen to her clients needs and basically does what she wants! My nail was pointing off to the right and she said she couldn't file it straight as it was my natural nail...never heard that before!! My daughter had a pedicure and they were yanking off her nail extension with some tweezers and damaging her natural nail underneath. I asked if they could soak it off and she said..she can't dip her whole foot on a bowl..I said I'm sorry but you can use acetone on a cotton wool ball and foil and then use a nail drill file but she continued to pull it off damaging her nail bed. I was told that I shouldn't have big toe nail extensions as my other toe nails were short but I wanted them and she just continued to argue with me about what I wanted and what I was paying for. I've never experienced this in a nail shop before. Very controlling and strange behaviour!! Also there was a really really bad smell of rotten eggs in the nail salon which made a bad experience even worse. Won't be going back purely because of the owner/ managers bad customer service skills and not listening to her clients.
This was my first time at Nail Concept and I will definitely be back. I'm a "pedicure only" person and this was great. I especially appreciate their customer service and friendliness. Prioritizing customer care isn't everywhere, but I can say it happens at Nail Concept every day. Thank!
Great experience here it was my first time! I had a pedicure today , was offered tea / coffee/ they use new sterile tools on each client , very clean salon , staff have uniforms , they spoke in good English. I will definitely visit this salon from now on and highly recommend it ! Well done to you all
Been going here for over a year now for acrylics, and it’s always been brilliant service every time. The nail techs are so friendly and good at what they do, and can pull off even the most complicated of designs. The interior of shop is always so clean and nice, and I wouldn’t trust anywhere else to do my nails now!
I have been twice now and will go back. The pedicure has been very qualitative. I love the massage and the hot towel as well as the massage chairs, I think they are recently new. It's a busy place, but has it's charm.
Worst nail shop and customer service ever. The manager booked me in for 5.30pm and then when I arrived to my appointment it was not booked. She then shouted at me down the phone claiming that she didn’t care. I am utterly appalled at how I was treated today. Especially as I have been going to this nail shop for years and I have referred many customers including my mum to this shop. Never again.
Went with a friend for acrylics as a walk in and was seen straight away! The staff were very friendly and helpful asking lots of questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I’m very happy with my nails and will absolutely be going again
Had my nails done here a few times, gels, acrylics, pedicures. Every time I have been happy with the result. They always ask if you’d like tea/coffee/magazines, they have big comfy massage chairs for pedicures and a wide varied selection of nail colours. The place doesn’t smell to strongly of nail products with which is great. They are super busy but always have space to fit you in you just have to wait 20/30mins sometimes if you haven’t booked but they have a comfy sofa to wait on. When I had my nails done for my wedding my nails had broken a week before (left getting them done till last min and don’t get them done regularly) but they made sure they looked great and even altered them when I asked for thinner white tips. This is 100% my go to bail bar in south London! Highly recommended and not too expensive I had gel taken off, manicure and gel put back on today for £25.
