   I discovered this salon in 2025 as a quick fix as it was really near my house until I found somewhere else…. How wrong was I to think I would ever not return….. every visit now reminds me why I keep coming back. Amy is absolutely fantastic — she’s talented, attentive, always makes me feel completely at ease & seems to genuinely care about my hair and me! She listens to what I want, offers great suggestions and advice, never tries to over sell and the results are always just what I want.. The rest of the team are just as lovely. There’s a genuinely warm atmosphere from the moment you walk in, and the reception lady is especially welcoming, helpful and always knows my name! I also love the massage chair and head massage at hair wash time by one of the lovely ladies. Nothing ever feels rushed or stressful; it’s always a positive experience from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and a friendly, professional team. PS the coffee is really good too!

   John Frazier Jenkins has been cutting my hair since 1998 and has always given me the best colour and haircut and even though I live in London it is well worth the travel to go to John Frazier Jenkins for the exceptional sales, service. The staff are always welcoming, friendly, polite, courteous and make you feel very valued and at home. An exceptional hairdressers and keeps striving to get better and better definitely 5*++

   John is the best hairdresser I have ever had! I’ve been going to him for years and never had a bad cut. He listens and takes the time to understand me and my hair. My daughter (now 20) has had many a brilliant cut from Olivia over the years too. The whole experience at the salon is amazing, from the massage chair while having my hair washed, to the great coffee during the visit, to every interaction with staff at the salon - such a wonderful, friendly, and relaxing experience in every way. I have recommended John to a few friends and would highly recommend the whole salon to anyone wanting a great hair experience!
