Placed an order through B&Q app on 26th May, was suppose to deliver between 28th/30th May and nothing no email no contact what so ever, got in contact with B&Q and they have said I have to contact seller direct but when I click on contact seller from my email all I get is sorry something went wrong please try again later, frustrated is a understatement
We have purchased panels from them through B&Q, originally the lead time was for 7days, but after 15 days we called B&Q, they said that they have no responsibility as this were the third party which are the company we leave review now and advised us to call this company and find out, we called them and they said it will be delivered next Tuesday without any date, for the next 6 Tuesday we been calling asking if it’s been sent and all the time was next Tuesday, now after 2 month and 2 weeks we are still waiting I’m stress as it delayed our flat refurbishment. Unbelievable bad supplier and lies over lies
We've ordered 9 wooden wall panels for our living room from B&Q website. The service from start to finish was great- I received regular updates and could trace my order, all arrived within 4 working days, as indicated while placing our order. The quality of the product was great! Easy to install, easy to cut. Great effect with not too much effort. Would definitely recommend !
Don't usually write reviews but felt I must regarding items ordered from this company service was excellent from start to finish. Delivery was earlier than estimated I had overordered and no problems returning items pick up arranged by company and refund received promptly.
