   I wasn't happy with the lady that styles the short hair. I find her to be rude and very unprofessional for telling me what to do with my hair. Specifically she said I am young and shouldn't put on a wig cap, that sounded very unprofessional. Other ladies at the salon are nice. But I don't think I will go there again. She also didn't style the hair as I wanted it.

   Mimi is absolutely amazing! She was incredibly attentive, professional, and meticulous with her work. My nails turned out flawless, and her attention to detail is unmatched. On top of that, the price was incredible—such great value for the exceptional service I received. Mimi’s warm and friendly demeanor made the entire experience even better.    Be mindful when booking with TG (Hairstylist)‼️‼️ I usually get good customer service from the ladies working in the shop. However, I have found TG (a hairstylist) to be rude and unprofessional. I expressed concerns with the size of the parts and stiffness of the braids throughout the appointment and after- TG explained the hair will loosen, so I trusted this. A couple days later, I messaged expressing my concerns. I was willing to pay more for my hairstyle to be corrected OR a partial refund. TG said she will fix the size of the parts for an additional price but was not willing to correct anything else due to the length of time she spent “standing doing my hair”. She also made MULTIPLE comments about my hair being “very thick” hence why I am not happy with the style. TG was Unwilling to compromise and eventually stopped replying to my messages and was ignoring phone calls. The other hair stylists in the shop operate very professionally (in my experience) however TG has done this shop a disservice for me and I will not be getting my hair done there again.

   Nice salon at very reasonable prices. Has a nail bar in it as well so you can get everything done like hair and nails in one visit. Parking is limited so best to use a local car park like Ranleigh Gardens or similar.

   Very good braiding especially complicated styles but they are extremely slow. They have a lot of distractions with children in the shop and I do understand that in holidays and out of school hours childcare can be a problem but if they could braid quicker they'd make more money to perhaps spend on childcare!! On the plus side, I've never had a problem with no-one being there when I've taken my daughter as I've had with another hairdresser. They're all on one level (ground) which is good for those with mobility issues.

   Very friendly, very efficient, Hair looks amazing after you are done there. Reasonable price. Drinks like tea and coffee available free of charge. Appointments quick and easy to make. An amazing service overall, strongly recommend.
