Very clean place and very good prices for the service they offer. The stuff is professional and friendly. I was lucky enough to come across Aurora on my first visit there. She is very experienced and I was more than pleased with the outcome. She is also super friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. Highly recommend.

I can’t complain about the wax but I’ve just come home to find wax splashed across my back which has ruined my top so that’s not great. Appreciate it may have been an accident but to not let the customer know is really bad. Has put me off returning.
I absolutely love it here! I went to get my eyebrows waxed for the first time by Emily. She was so friendly and lovely! I loved chatting with her and what she did with my eyebrow. The prices are definitely not cheap (I would of given 5 stars if it was) but I’m still very happy with the service!
Waxcat has been my regular for a couple of years now. I highly recommend Rosie and the team, they're all lovely, friendly, professional, speedy and pay attention to detail (no-one likes going home and getting the tweezers out to pick up the stragglers!). They're also very accommodating at trying to fit you in, even at the last minute or adaptable to changes in what you want done! Bright and clean salon. They also do laser which I haven't done yet but am planning to and would definitely trust them to do it professionally and safely. My skin can also be quite sensitive to high temperatures, but they always pay attention to the wax heat and adjust if it's too hot.
