   A ‘Rushed’ service - root tint. Not the hair dressers fault, she had someone else booked in. Management maybe look at quality over quantity. I won’t be going back. One senior person to put colour (left stains on my face, ears and neck), another senior to wash (awful experience, rough and uncomfortable not relaxing at all) and the junior to dry.

   I would not suggest the place at all. The salon was very unkempt, the stylist was nice but her dirty brush was covered in hair. Now my shirt is full of hair and probably unusable. If you go there, be prepared for hygiene issues.

   I used to visit the sutton beauty brunch once a month for a facial and massage sadly it closed up after the pandemic , so I started attending Croydon branch they really looked after me once I gave birth and still doing until today , thank you all x I’ll see you again in few days

   I come to Rush every month for my body waxing and get it done by Litisha. I can safely say she’s the BEST person to go to for waxing at rush and her service is always up to the mark. However the only thing I don’t like at rush at their bad Air Con- in this weather specially. We pay a big amount for waxing and I think the management should look into the faulty Air con or at least private fans in every room. The weather is boiling hot today. Though Litisha did her best to make me feel comfortable, the room was still so hot making it difficult for me to get waxed. Please get the air con fixed. That’s not how you should be treating your employees and customers. A salon as good and upmarket as Rush, sorry to say shouldn’t have a faulty Air Con!! Thank you!!

   This is the page for RUSH BEAUTY CROYDON. Always love seeing Karina for a brilliant pedicure/file and polish for me and my son. Also had manicures from her too which have been brilliant. She's always very friendly and professional. So are the front desk team.
