   10/10 eyebrow threading, I turned up Tuesday daytime with no appointment. She kept them so nice and thick. Other threaders I have been to get too involved and end up taking more off than necessary. I was in and out of JK in less than 10 minutes :-) Update – I went back on a Sunday and had someone different. She was nice but it was a lot more painful, the upper lip threading was almost unbearable

   Unfortunately, I had a very bad service and very bad nails. The nail polish on my nails immediately swelled and their colors changed.

   I came for a pedicure, which is normally great, however someone else did it on this occasion, and I had a very disappointing experience. I was told that I ruined my nails, when they had placed the heater directly on top of my nails which subsequently smudged them. It was disappointed to be blamed when I hadn't moved or caused this mistake and I was made to feel like it was my fault. The person doing the nails kept sighing which also made the experience not very relaxing or enjoyable.

   I absolutely love them. I tried different places in London for massages but only with them I'm able to relax properly. On top of that the staff is lovely and always trying to help. If I could give more than 5 stars I would :)

   Jeet is amazing, I've been coming here for about a year and she nails my eyebrow shape every time. I make sure I book with her specifically because she's so good at threading! Also totally painless. She did my pre-wedding brows today and they look great. Thank you Jeet!

   One of the best salons in Essex - The therapists are extremely professional, friendly and welcoming. Outstanding treatments from nails, body/face treatments to aesthetics. I am so glad I found this Gem in the lovely Mountnessing, I cannot wait for my next appointment.

   Big five stars for their eyebrow threading. The woman here really listens to what you want. I like my eyebrows thinner than what the current trend is, and she did that perfectly. I travel a lot and get my eyebrows threaded twice a month from all different places, and this spot very much stands out as one of the best I’ve ever experienced. It’s £7 but definitely tip if you can; she does a better job than spots that charge much more.
