   Thank you Størksen for cancelling my Christmas nail appointments two days before the appointments were scheduled knowing full well that I will now struggle to find an appointment elsewhere given the time of year and extremely late notice. As a loyal customer who has been frequenting the salon from the beginning and who has her nails done pretty much every two weeks, it’s always so lovely to be rewarded in this way for my loyalty and continued custom. Aslihan’s attention to detail is fantastic but sadly the attitude to customer service generally at the salon is far from fantastic, notwithstanding the premium prices that are charged. Thank you Hannah for replying - I have emailed the salon but just to be clear, I have received a call this morning from someone trying to cancel so your first statement is incorrect. Secondly, I never said I didn't want the appointment on Saturday - I was offered a VERY small window which unsurprisingly I was unable to make on such short notice two days before Christmas.

   Really nice and inviting atmosphere and a great final product. Our nail tech was both friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend if you want to have your nails done in a relaxing and professional environment! (And it’s beside lots of nice cafes and shops if you want to make a day of it).

   Came to this place couple of times, really liked everything. Until had quite bad quality gel manicure this week. Colour was uneven, I didn't like it but felt really bad to ask her redo it. However in 3 days the gel chipped from one of my nails anyway. I emailed the salon, they said that they are sorry and happy to redo this nail and asked me when I can come. I responded when I'm free to come, but no one came back to me, so I had to book an appointment to redo all gel as it looked quite bad anyway. I emailed them saying that I made an appointment and coming to fix it. And guess what? They charged me full price! I was a bit shocked and upset, as I feel its not fair to charge me full price and I won't be coming back. I can't spend 90pounds per week on my nails.

   I'm often quite shy and nervous about visiting beauty parlours but booked an appointment with Manuela upon recommendation from a close friend. I have to say, she was thoroughly accomodating and professional throughout all the treatments (manicure, pedicure, facial) and I felt at ease with her the whole time. The lady is very attentive and highly experienced and couldn't recmommend her services more highly! Overall a great place and I will certainly be booking another treatment day with the lovely Manuela again! 5 stars!

   Manuela, Violeta, and Jessica truly made my day. They are good are their jobs and made my experience absolutely fantastic. I got my nails done by Violeta and they look gorgeous. I felt so well taken care of and I had so much fun talking to them! I 100% recommend this place. It is so cozy and inviting. Very clean and chic. They also have very reasonable nice prices but high quality service. Will definitely be coming back for the wonderful service & company :)
