I’ve been trying to contact this salon and there’s just no way that they pick up the phone or answer on social media. I paid £90 for 10 tanning sessions. I only went to one and they closed all of the sudden and didn’t refund my money. Please contact me asap or I will have to involve the ombudsman.
I booked an appointment for a cut and finish on 17/07 for the 22/07 and was informed the place had been closed so I cancelled the appointment. The cancellation was done within the terms of the refund policy, and obviously the place was closed so the service would not have been delivered. I have not received the money and it not possible to communicate with anybody working there.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. I had a lash appointment booked with kelianne and waited 20 mins with no communication I was eventually told she was unwell and wouldn’t be coming in but she didn’t let her colleague or me as the client know. This is incredibly inconsiderate and shows a lack of respect for clients time and I understand emergencies happen but a quick message and call takes seconds and shows basic costumer service I won’t be booking again and would not recommend this business if you value your time or your reliability. This was beyond unprofessional - it’s was lazy, inconsiderate and honestly shows 0 care for costumers if you’re running a business the bare minimum is letting the clients know you’re not coming. Avoid this place at all costs. Just pure disrespect for my time.
Booked an appointment, paid deposit and arrived on time to find it was closed. No notice was given to me although they called me afterwards (why they couldn't call me before I have no idea) I was eventually refunded after chasing a month later, by the lovely hairdresser who works there, it's a strange way to run a business.

Dolled Up is my favourite salon in London (I live an hour away from the area now and still come back purely for Dolled Up). Everyone there is so welcoming, always attentive and make every visit worth the trip. I would never go to anyone other than Kia for my lash extensions, she is the best tech I’ve ever had. Her application is so comfortable that I usually fall asleep and my lashes look perfect every time. And finally the tanning beds are so luxurious! So comfortable and give you a proper deep tan. Genuinely couldn’t recommend this salon more.
Perfection! I hunted around london to find a beauty salon that did it all and my gosh I found it! Every treatment I received was completed with care and attention to detail. I felt like a new women when I left, filled with confidence! The owner and technician topped off the experience. Both extremely dedicated to their profession and warm. We had a giggle and I can not praise them enough! To sum up, I could not ask for better quality service provided. I will be back weekly! Thank you.
