Iv been coming to this beauty shop maney of years the workers are so polite they work hard and are so welcoming they all ways do a lovely job Iv all ways got my lashes and eyebrows and hair and beauty done here I wouldn’t go any were else I would highly recommend if you need any beauty done to come here as they are the best around also really good prices and deals they take care and time in what they do and also have great deals on to also they do makeup and hair for any occasion and what they do is great I loved my hair and makeup they did for my wedding if you have a upcoming advent I would highly recommend this place

Honestly, they are great for eyebrow threading. Can’t beat it for just £5… however …. If I could give a negative star for body waxing I would! The whole experience was traumatizing. First of all, she rushed me into the room, was talking non stop in her AirPods and laughing and just pointing at me to get undressed. Never once, asked if I was okay, etc..(how could she since she was having a full on convo over on the phone) anyway she was rushing through the service, and it was seriously so painful. When she finished I noticed I was bleeding, and told her and she just brushed me off. When I got home, I took a shower and got a proper look at my bits, sure enough, I had been burned by too hot of wax and over waxing on the same spot of skin so it ripped a layer of skin off. Absolutely horrified by this experience. Also at the end when I asked if she could wax my under arms, I noticed she double dipped into the wax. So gross!
I have been coming here since i was 23 and was a very late bloomer/tomboy. Ms Poonam is amazing and very supportive she has looked after me and introduced me into beauty treatments which now in my 30s I am forever committed to book the usual to get done monthly. My usual is natural eyebrows, upper lips, face wax and full body wax. Always book ahead and direct. Highly recommend! Friendly, open and efficient service. Walk ins are welcome but does get very busy
The most traumatising eyelash extension experience ever. Terrible job, my eyelids and lashes glued together and could not be opened, she then took 2hours to remove them due to a botched job, and only partially succeeded. The burning and repeated use of removal fluid made me seriously worried about my eyesight, my own lashes are now hugely damaged and still covered in white unsightly glue that cannot be removed. For this I didn't even receive and apology, and lost 3 hours of my life for nothing. Avoid at all costs. 12 hours later update: Hives have now developed around my eyes due to the repeated use of formaldehyde to remove the lashes, I have had a headache since I left which will not stop, and I am now considering legal action.
