READ THIS BEFORE GOING PLEASE! 2 days ago my friend and I went to this salon on a whim as we wanted our nails done while we were in London. 100% should have read reviews first and trusted them. I got a gel manicure and my friend got a full set. Mine was 33 pounds and hers was 40 and they were both way over priced for what we got. I am a personal nail tech in the US and I have never had such a bad experience with going back after every nail of my friends fell off in 1 day. They easily fell off because the lady forgot to buff her nail beforehand so they didn't stick right. We are leaving today so we went back on our way to the airport to show them and ask for a refund. We weren't going to leave a review but we were met with immediate hostility. The ladies ganged up on us saying it was our fault they fell off. They refused a refund and said it was our fault we were leaving and didn't have time to redo our nails. They were yelling at us even thought we were not yelling and just asking for a refund before we leave. Other notes- the mats are dirty, the tools dont come out of sanatizer before they use on you, they talk behind your back, and get mad when you don't pick a color quickly. 0/10, I've been to many salons, do not go here please! You will not have a good experience! I have a video for proof of them yelling at us but unfortunately it is 6 minuted long and will be sent to sanitation people so hopefully they shut this place down! It is awful!

Extra-fees scammers be careful. Shellac BIaB gel manucure booked on treatwell , manicure done is not BIAB and in addition (despite the 35 £) at the end of the manicure once everything was done they forced me to pay extra £8 for simple cat ligne design. This is not written in their color booklet or not even announce when you choose your color. They trick you at the end and became unfriendly when you say it is not transparent. They clearly know what they do. Cat eye is not a new gel polish technique.

I got my acrylic nails done here two days ago, and one of them has already fallen off. The lady who did them was very chatty and seemed more focused on talking than actually paying attention to my nails. The first issue I noticed was that from my cuticles to a small part of my natural nail was left showing, which made it look like I already had regrowth even though I had just had them done. When I asked her why my natural nail was showing, she said, “You should’ve told me before.” But honestly, do I have to tell a nail technician how to do her job properly? When I looked around, none of the other customers’ nails looked like that. I pointed this out, and one of her co-workers who I believe is the manager came over, looked at my nails, and said something to her in their language. I think she probably told her to fix it, because the lady immediately started filing and trying to redo them. After that, she made the color darker than I had asked for. I wanted a light brown shade, but it ended up much darker. The polish also wasn’t even some parts were thicker than others, and the shaping wasn’t consistent. I paid £40 for a simple set, which I think is overpriced. Another customer told me she paid £37 for a more detailed design. It made me wonder if I was charged differently because I’m a different race, since the other customer was Asian like the staff. What really made me write this review is that one of my nails has already fallen off after just two days, and the rest are starting to lift up too even though I’ve been really careful with them. Overall, the service, quality, and price were all disappointing. I won’t be returning.

I spent £37 for an infill and this is 2 days later . Within the same week the nails came off … the application was done incorrectly as the product applied near the cuticle was bulky allowing air to go in… so disappointing

Worst Nail Experience Ever! First of all, they used a machine to remove calluses and dead skin, which resulted in my three fingers getting cut… Secondly, this place is massively overpriced, or maybe they specifically charge Chinese customers unfairly. Removing gel nails costs £20, and even without rhinestones, it’s £15 – none of this is mentioned on their price list. I’m left wondering if they charge foreigners this way, which feels suspicious and potentially malicious. I had a gradient (ombre) nail design for £45, but they told me it was originally £50. The details were terrible – the ombre was uneven, and they didn’t even clean up the excess color from my hands before curing the nails under the lamp. After they dried, I was left with color stains on my hands, which is completely unreasonable. The nail shape was poorly done too. I asked for supervision but was told not to worry, that they’d fix the shape in the end, but the result was uneven nails with one side higher than the other. Lastly, the hygiene was concerning – they didn’t use a fresh disposable hand pad for each customer and reused them instead. I didn’t see any tools being cleaned either; they just took them out and used them. I was charged £70 in total, and for that price, I expected a much higher standard of service. It’s clear they rush through appointments to serve more customers, ignoring the details and overall experience. Definitely not worth coming.

I booked a birthday gift for my wife. When we entered the nail salon, the staff received us very warmly and gave a detailed introduction to my wife. The whole process was very attentive. My wife was very satisfied and booked the next service. This is our first visit to this store, and we are very satisfied with the overall service. At the same time, my wife also likes this birthday gift from me very much.

I booked online, they were ready for me when I got there, and did a tremendous job in a very efficient manner. I even received a good color enhancement recommendation and I felt that my manicurist was an expert in her craft. I was in and out pretty fast for a full acrylic set easy to get to it from the Hilton/Aldgate station.

I have been going to Master Beauty and Nails for a little over a year now and I could not recommend it more. The gals in this salon are so sweet and they have absolutely saved my nails. I used to wear glue on nails exclusively and during the pandemic I had a terrible reaction to hand sanitizer drying out my hands on top of the hard water in London getting under my glue on nails. When I went to Master Beauty and Nails my nails were honestly a disaster. Now, a year later, I'm so confident with my nails, I no longer bite them and I look forward to getting them done. The prices are so good here as well and truly I recommend everyone to go :)

I visits this nail salon every two weeks for nail extensions. The work is always satisfying with this price range. The ladies are very skill full at nail services. I paid £30 for normal colour-hand nail extension. Recently, I decided to do black french tips with a little glittering details, gel polish, it costs £50 which is acceptable. I love the nail paint so much! I will go back again to explore more of their nail painting skills.
