Really friendly owners who created a very welcoming atmosphere. The man who did my nails was also very helpful when it came to choosing a color and did a great job with my nails. Highly recommend!
Avoid any facials and massages in this place, you're better off going to an actual Thai Massage place which is better. Too pricey for what they offer as well. Went previously and the facial was good but I guess it depends on who you get on the day, the service isn't consistent.
Came here today and last week - eyebrows, upper lip, and now pedicure. All staff are really lovely and knowledgeable about the service they are giving. I asked for advice on hair, and they gave really good advice, so I will come back for my hair and other services. Great place!
Heavens salon had come to Chapter and it was a wonderful experience! They were extremely warm and proffesional and did a really good job!

I went there for a haircut and ended up getting my hair coloured too! Im generally very nervous and particular about my haircuts and hairdressers, and don’t really try unless confident. I must say, Simran was very understanding, kind and she gave me EXACTLY what I wanted. I did freak out a little amidst the process, however she was very understanding, patient and reassuring. I really appreciate her time and hard work! I strongly recommend Simran and will certainly revisit. xx
Don't use this salon - ignore the good reviews on treatwell as well. They really messed up my lashes with an LVL, and even added on 20£ unexpectedly at the til without telling me, so ended up paying £60 for them to ruin my lashes. When calling to try and rectify, I was told I'd have to pay for the same procedure (you are not meant to do the same procedure on over processed LVL) and to pay for it?!?! When it was their fault in the first place. Awful - don't use. Go somewhere else in London!
I have had an absolutely amazing experience here. The beauty therapists are superb at what they do, very professional and thorough. I came in for a wax and decided to book in a facial too! From the very start to finish i was made to feel at ease, even through the waxing. Not a single hair missed! My facial was incredible, they offer facial packages, I have brought three and got my forth one free (yay) they offer a range of facials so i am very excited to try each one! I have walked out hair free with a glowing face and a brand new loyalty card! All in all this place is great!!
