   Change your opening hours , its clearly you don’t really care about customers experience here , keep calling and coming for service here and After 5.30 pm everything is shut down , And advertising you are open until 7pm wont bring you customers , there are people travelling to get here to see a licked door only .

   Very nice, kind staff. Listened to my request, checked what I asked for and cut very well. Same day appointments are often available. Comfortable chairs and basins. Very experienced stylist. Very clean and soft towels. Good clothes protectors. Definitely recommended.

   My cousin and I went to get our hair washed and have blow dry curls for a special event. They used so much heat on my hair that it is now somewhat damaged and for my cousin, they took an hour extra to do a "blow curly dry" and they pinned the curls up to "keep the curls in"... she went home and once she took her pins off, it was dead straight... no curls (look at the picture below). My hair was also terrible - was not curled properly because i had straight strands. I could have done better at home. Will not go again. Definitely not worth the amount I paid for.

   I went in to get a hair cut yesterday. My hair was fairly long and I asked him to just cut a couple of inches off, keep as much of the length as possible and add a few layers as I have curly hair. My hair was waist length and he cut it to just below my shoulders. It was super short and it didn't look good at all. I did ask for him to blow dry my hair and he used so much heat that it felt like my head was burning. Also, he tugged at my hair so much and my head still hurts. I would not recommend this place as the owner just does his own thing and does not listen to what the client wants. I will not be going back.
