I've had many facials at Saiqas including the micro needling and frozen facial they are all very good, but the new Sculpt facial using Dermalogicas neurotouch serum was totally unique. I would recommend this for an instant snatched and lifted result with the benefit of a detox , and complete relaxation. It's for anyone who wants to release tension around the neck and shoulders. Saiqas massage technique is truly amazing, her movements just flow and you really feel so relaxed. The mouth massage was something new for me but Saiqa was so professional during the whole treatment and really made me feel so comfortable and the results were so good. It released so much tension around my facial muscles that I never knew I had ! The products used made my skin so soft and left me with real glass skin. Loved the unique mask , overall an amazing experience and would definitely book this facial again. All credit to Saiqas absolute dedication and love for her work. Had a course of laser hair removal treatment - and was really nervous about it but Saiqa was really lovely and friendly. It was like catching up with a friend! Would 100% recommend, the staff are friendly, place is very clean and the service is amazing. Relaxing good vibes
Unfortunately a waste of time. Saiqa herself presents as professional; however I cannot say the same about her hairdresser Mahjaveen. I went in and asked her for a specific hair colour to try on some strands for a colour treatment. She agreed to mix it to that particular colour then she booked me in. I also gave her plenty of content beforehand sending her pictures to her phone. On the day of my appointment when I arrived I asked her and she stated that she does in fact NOT have that particular colour that was required to attain the desired result. There are no excuses for that; you had an entire week to call and inform me. And if you did not understand due to your lack of understanding of basic English, then at least clarify with your boss. She even confused certain hair techniques with completely different ones thinking they were the same! She then said she can attain that colour using another method. I decided to give it a try. It was not even close to what I wanted. I was also promised at the start that if I was not happy with the colour, it could be coloured over. When I requested for this to be done, she had the audacity to give attitude and was hesitant to do so, which is ridiculous because the error was on her side. Daft person. She actually expected me to come back another day! How disrespectful. I most certainly would not trust someone like this to be doing my hair. I left disappointed which is a shame as I was hoping this would be my new regular salon as the one I used to go to, closed down. Needless to say, I will not return here.
I've been getting my eyebrows threaded here for years, in fact probably since they first opened. I've gotten to know the staff really well over the years and occasionally have had other beauty treatments done like facials and waxing.
Went to Saiq's for the first time today having heard about it on social media. This place is a true little gem. The owner and staff were so pleasant I felt at ease within minutes of arrival. The young lady that cut my hair was so helpful and I left feeling really happy. Id definitely recommend this place, looking forward to my facial now.
