The best salon with the friendliest team - always happy to help and will discuss what you need with time and effort and what is good for you with honesty. The treatment always delivers and all the facials I’ve received have drastically cleared up all my acne in a short space of time . The salon is always super clean and tidy as well which is why I don’t go anywhere else :D
Really loved my hair cut and the keratin treatment I had plus they have a separate room for veiled women/hijabis/niqabis etc
Sad to leave a 2*. Got a hydro facial and it did almost nothing to my face, I had a lot of blackheads in my nose and it did nothing. My face is no different than before. Leaving a 2* because the treatment was very expensive for it to do nothing. I however got my nails done here and she did an amazing job, the technician was so lovely and everyone here was friendly. Just sad to spend so much money for no effect from the facial.
Went for Facial today, had lots black heads around nose and left with all my blackheads and -£65, she didn’t do extraction as she said my skin dehydrated so have go somewhere else now .on top of which the steamer started spraying me with hot water which left my chest and neck hurting and feeling like it’s on fire, she did a good facial apart from extraction part and was nice give me cold towel under my face / chest. But bad experience unfortunately for me
I love this salon! The staff are are very skilled in their various roles, friendly and professional. The salon is always immaculate and spotlessly clean. I recommend EoB to anyone who listens!
I Had a lovely massage for my birthday & a facial. I was recommended excellent products to maintain my skin called Environ. The products were not forced I asked for advice and my skin was examined by the beauty therapist. I was given 2x free Dermalogica gifts after my purchase which was a bonus. EOB has lovely staff clean environment I will be going back for Electrolysis hair removal as I was given a consultation on this and a test patch area of my chin it did agree with me & so far no hair on my chin has grown back or any scaring as I am of light brown complexion :) Thank you EOB x
