The best my brows have ever looked, thank you! I travelled from Margate to get my brows done before my wedding here as I’ve always felt great getting them done here. Sha took so much time and care over my brows to make sure they were perfect. Can’t recommend enough!

Unfortunately a poor experience. The waxing was rough and left bruises on sensitive areas the next day as skin wasn't pulled taut. My legs were left covered in sticky wax residue afterwards, and instead of using oil to clean it, she used talc, which just made it even harder to remove at home. She also missed several patches and blamed stubborn or ingrown hairs, but I had no problem removing them myself when I got home with heatless cheap strip wax. Cash only service and cost £40 for a leg wax — almost double what I paid for much better service 10 minutes away. Sadly I wouldn't recommend.
Currently I have had 3 procedures at this clinic to masculinise my face. Each visit has been enjoyable and has left me feeling a lot more confident, as a transgender person these procedures have really helped me a lot to achieve my goals! The team and Natalia are incredible and very helpful throughout the procedure as well as afterwards. Plenty of information is given during the procedure as well as provided in the after care document. The team always message in the days after the procedure to see how I am feeling and if I have any questions. Overall, I recommend this clinic for its professionalism and it's excellent results for anyone interested in cosmetic treatments :)
Booked a massage today, but had some terrible news about a friend. This salon phoned me and was very angry when I explained that I cannot make it, she screamed at me down the phone saying it’s a fake booking and that she will be reporting me. So unprofessional. My neighbour has since told me that the place is awful and really unhygienic. The salon needs to be nicer to people as they don’t know what people are going through

I really hate to do this and give a bad review but I got eyelash extensions here about 5 weeks ago. When I got home I noticed that they weren't the 'mink' I'm used to, they felt really plastic A few days in a number of them started going sideways and now 5 weeks later all of my natural lashes have fallen out. I've had this treatment elsewhere many times before so know what to expect but I'm so disappointed by this. Since writing the review above they have been in touch to rectify. There's not much to be done at this stage but I do appreciate the effort to call me and offer. Increasing the rating due to customer service alone.
Always delighted with the service I receive at V&V Beauty! Sha is the best beauty therapist around. I'm absolutely loving my new eyelash extensions I just had done and had a great experience with a pain-free waxing. All the staff are incredibly friendly and professional and I always look forward to my next visit. Would definitely recommend this salon to all!
