   Traumatizing Experience - Left in Tears I booked a waxing session through ClassPass and had an absolutely awful experience that left me emotionally shaken. I've attached a photo taken immediately after the session to show just how distressed I was — I left in tears. I was made to wait outside for 15 minutes with no apology. When I was finally let in, the provider was rude and cold. She immediately began blaming me for her scheduling issue, saying she lost a customer because of "my" appointment - something entirely out of my control. I even offered to reschedule or come later, but she refused and said she didn't have time to contact me, yet continued to make me feel guilty. During the wax, another customer walked in and saw me naked - an utter violation of my privacy. She also insulted me for my hair being "too short" and was physically aggressive throughout. It became so unbearable that I started crying and had to leave the appointment midway, still with wax on me, just to escape the humiliation. I've never been treated with such cruelty during a beauty treatment. This was traumatic and completely unacceptable. I urge others to be cautious and hope ClassPass investigates this provider immediately.

   I was really happy with my gel removal, normally some nail salons leave your nails looking worse than before you put polish or gel on. Vera aims to use high quality products which is much appreciated. Be sure to ring the number when you get to the building/gate in question.

   the second time i booked with Vera, she called me 15 minutes before my appointment to say she would be an hour late. she also lied to me about helping me sort out a cancellation fee, telling me one thing and Treatwell another. i wouldn't trust her again, and i'm sorry that i did in the first place. save your money and find someone who has integrity.

   Vera was great, she really went above and beyond with my slightly unusual request. Really friendly and she switched between hot wax and strips to make sure all the unwanted hairs from my eyebrows and bikini line were gone. Would recommend.

   Vera gave me a 5 star service. I wanted to get my nails done for a loooong time but felt the high street nail shops did not offer enough privacy. At Beauty Studio I got privacy, chilled atmospere, product info, after care tips and great advice. Vera knew how to make me want to come back. This is my private nail spot from now on. I would definitely recommend this service. You can book via class pass.

   I had my first ever pedicure on my birthday at the beginning of the month and and still have beautiful toes! I exercise and walk lots, with open shoes and am always scuffing my feet and they're still perfect. Vera is also lovely , engaging but quiet and lets you relax and feel comfortable. 100% recommend supporting this growing business
