I walked in spontaneously to enquire about eyebrow threading. The lady with a tattoo sleeve was very gentle when she spoke and told me they do waxing and I can come back in half hour. I went to get cash out and returned. My eyebrows looked just as great as when I get threading and she was very soft in her approach. Will definitely be returning.
The staff were so lovely and kind, they were very calm and friendly too. I chose this salon randomly through Treatwell and I would 100% go back. Excellent value for money, lots of treatments and services available, and great staff. X

Afrah (iffy) gives 110% in all her services and is an amazing lash tech. She had great customer service and really does the best in all her treatments. Used for lashe extrnsions, waxing and threading. Definitely recommend. See to u again soon
My niece went into get a haircut trim and unfortunately the female hairdresser was not available, one of the male workers insisted on cutting the hair and ended up chopping her hair extremely short, upon asking for this to be fixed he made it worse, it wasn’t even straight. Absolutely shocking someone like that is allowed to cut hair. Poor niece was really upset. Will not be using this place or recommending to anyone.
I've visited Karolina Beauty Salon on a few occasions and have been very happy with my haircut and regular manicures. The staff is always friendly and helpful and Ola does the best shellac nails! Definitely worth visiting!
