First time for me in this salon and Tanya has done exactly the haircut I asked for , exactly like the picture I showed her. She was patient, calm , professional , precise. She took her time to cut my hair with no rush making sure the haircut was precise. Best haircut I ever had in many years. I don't normally leave reviews but Tanya hard job deserves 10 stars . I recently visited this beauty salon and was very impressed! The atmosphere is absolutely amazing – very cozy, stylish, and beautifully designed. You feel comfortable from the very first minutes. A special thanks to Tatiana – she is a true professional! She listened carefully to my preferences and gave me exactly the haircut I wanted. Her work was precise and high-quality. The service was top-notch, and the staff was polite and friendly. I will definitely come back again!
Had an Amazing experience with the hair dresser, she took care of me and helped me achieve my dream hair style. However I went to get a lash lift and she didn't do a patch test on me, resulting in an allergic reaction after 8 hours.

I go to this salon together with my family and we are very happy for the services that the ladies give, manicure, blow dry, haircut, hair colour etc. My family and I were very pleased and thankful every single time we went there. The ladies are extremely professional and very communicative. The salon is very beautiful and it feels very comfortable, it is a pleasure to go there.
So I went in to get my hair coloured. I needed a quick booking which was secured within a day. Really happy with the outcome of my hair but extremely upset with the service. There was no communication at all, the lady didn’t speak to me once to even try engage in conversation literally nothing. A lot of hair pulling and nagging which was extremely uncomfortable, was not asked about how I felt etc. It was a long process for my hair, took a couple of hours was really upset with how much hair she cut as she didn’t ask me if I would’ve preferred short or not. Just need to work on service and making sure that all customers feel welcomed and comfortable please
