   I had a wash, blow dry & trim by Mich. This is my 4th visit to Broadway Clinic and everytime I go, there are always different workers in there. Upon arriving in the salon, I asked the receptionist (I'm assuming he's the owner) if I could get a wash, blow dry & a trim and he said yes, but straight away asked what shampoo I used. I told him and he tried to say the shampoo I was using was crap and how they don't use that there. Mich then took me over to wash my hair and mentioned I should have a moisturisering treatment. I asked her how much that would be and she asked the owner who looked as if he was making a price up in his head and said £85. Anyway, Mich washed my hair and put the treatment in. The only conversation she had with me for the entire time was her trying to get me to dye my hair, put keratin treatment in or trying to up-sell their overpriced shampoo and conditioner. All the previous times I've been there, they've made me feel welcomed & offered me tea or coffee. This time, it felt like they were desperate for customers (I was the only one in there as usual) and offered nothing. Time to do my blowdry and trim and it felt like a sales pitch. Mich came with her full on sales pitch to try and persuade me with the keratin treatment and to sell the over priced shampoo. I'm totally happy with my hair quality and keratin treatment would be the last thing I'm thinking about. I'm also very happy with my shampoo/conditioner I'm using and not looking to change. Mich did, however, give me a really nice trim and gave my hair volume. I would go back there again, but the atmosphere of the stylists and workers have to change. Quite pricey for what you pay, but the service doesn't match the price unfortunately. I can see the hairdresser is probably on commission too for trying to up-sell, but it's the wrong way to go about it and can actually put the customer off.

   Couldn’t have asked for a better wax. Aclima is polite, discreet, and so nice to chat to. Wax itself was smooth and quick, she used Lycon which is really high quality and was much less painful than other waxes. Nav at reception is super helpful. Overall great experience. I’m recommending to everyone!

   I had the most amazing wax and leaser hair removal, my skin feels incredible! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so relaxing and the members were super friendly and professional. I'll definitely be booking again for more treatments! :)

   Zoe is an incredible massage therapist. She has a real intelligence and deep understanding of the body, especially when it comes to working on pain areas. She takes the time to really listen to what you need and delivers exactly that. Her techniques are different to other masseuse and her touch is so fluid and soothing, it honestly feels like water. I left lighter, more relaxed and cared for. Highly recommend!

   I have been there for a while now for waxing and it has always been great! The waxing they use give me almost no ingrown hair compare to all the other waxes i have tried in other places. Also, the new beautician works meticulously well, i’m very happy with her work!

   A professional and efficient clinic with highly advanced treatments on offer at great value. I had the morpheus8 treatment done and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The mask and growth factor at the end was a great bonus! The clinicians are knowledgeable and warm, the space is lovely and the quality of the treatments is exceptional. The results I’ve had have been consistently strong. Even had a tag removed and all went exactly as it should. Highly recommend!

   I walked into this clinic today to have a skin tag removed. The welcome and service was impeccable. I was treated immediately by an experienced member of staff who took me through the procedures involved. Once I had consented the treatment went ahead and follow-up advice given. I can thoroughly recommend this clinic which offers a Harley Street experience but at a considerably cheaper price.

   I done my hair cut from them. I am very impressed with Their service. The hairdresser  named Mitch is very expert and very professional. She suggested me about hair cut, she explained me which hair style i need. Very lovely lady. I love my hair do. Very clean and nice environment. I will take their service again. ❤️❤️

   Have done my manicure today, shellac, the service was very good but product started to wipe off 2 hours later. Definitely something wrong with products. Now have to take it off this evening, such a headache! The only reason I give two stars is because the therapist was really nice. Really wanted a place nearby to get my manicure done on regular basis, but…….
