I wasn't very happy with my pedicure. This is the first salon that did not clean the inside of my toe nails. I am very dissatisfied with the service especially when paying a lot of money. The finishing was also very poor. The nails were not cut precisely and my cutiles were left dry and chalky. Unfortunately, I won't be returning back. So disappointing
Had a wash and cut. Saw a different stylist from my usual. Very nice wash and the stylist cared a lot about my hair, it came from a good place but sometimes I felt criticised about its condition. I like the style more after washing at home and using a curling iron. I think when it grows out a little bit (to be honest I did ask for short cut) it will continue to look even better. Also the price has gone up because of inflation but they gave me a discount anyway
Don’t do eyebrows lamination here. The worst service ever and my eyebrows got burnt! I sent them a picture - no refund was done. Correction was £15 for few hair pulled out with tweezer. Over charge!
I have visited Kamile salon to do my nails for the first time and I loved it! The customer service was excellent and I have met very talented nail technician called Anastasia. She has done my nails and it looked perfect.Would advise to visit the salon for nails,eyelashes and more.
I have been in the saloon once and it was amazing experience! I have done my nails and the quality is great. But there is only one thing that destroyed all the impression. The owner of the saloon was talking on a phone so loud around one hour! I came there to relax but her voice was so destructive. But in general everything is fine, the girls who are working there were so nice to me. And I would like to tell thank you to my manicurist (sorry don’t remember the name). Best regards
My first visit in August was superb - got a balayage done absolutely wonderful. The same day after my hair was finished I book another appointment with the same hairdresser to refresh it - it's a week before my wedding I'll add. And here where everything went went downfall. In August I booked my appointment for 4:30, and today, as I was running a bit late I gave them a call just to find out, that my appointment is not even there and they don't have any information about it.. At the end they took me in at 6:30, with a different hairdresser, and what I got on my hair is opposite to what I've asked for. Nothing left from balayage I paid 190£ for, instead I got darker hair and ginger shade roots.. What I've heard in return is that this is more natural look and they did what they could.. Now I'm left with something that I hate, not feeling beautiful, a week before my wedding, looking for someone who can fix this mess.. If you are not able to do what you've been asked for, just say it, and spare people time, money and tears... I won't recommend to anyone, and will never be back for sure..
