   My experience at this hair salon was extremely disappointing. The salon was notably dirty, and the staff seemed clueless about performing a proper blow dry and hair colouring. The rudeness of the staff and their apparent lack of expertise added to the frustration. Additionally, the lady in charge, who I believe was Eastern European, displayed a complete lack of professionalism with a terrible attitude. The overall experience was overpriced and far from satisfactory.

   Worst beautician ever, went to get facial Done and the Asian lady used some back home facial kit on face which caused a severe reaction. After telling her numerous times my skin is burning to take it off she kept telling it's normal. Very unprofessional and rude. I've had facial done from there before, from the previous owner who was very caring and polite. This lady is only after the money. Won't be going back ever.

   Had a facial today with the new owner. It was one of the best facials I have had. Her massage was thorough & deep. My face was cleansed after every product application.I liked that she included my neck & shoulders during massage.

   I had a Groupon here for a haircut. When I phoned and said I had a Groupon, the lady I spoke to booked me in for Saturday. When I turned up, the hairdresser and who I assume to be the owner very rudely told me they don't do Groupon appointments on Saturdays. And anyway, I'd have to pay an extra £10 because of my hair length. Apparently it states all this in the terms and conditions which is fair enough, I didn't read them. However, the owner's attitude towards me was awful and totally unprofessional. There was no acceptance of responsibility for their part in the error of making my Saturday appt even though I said on the phone I had a Groupon. She was rude and made me look and feel stupid in front of another customer. Can't believe I trusted this place after reading the reviews - wouldn't touch it with a barge pole now.

   I've been getting my hair dyed blonde for around 2 years and this has been my favourite so far! This was my second time with Beaute Parfaite and I cannot fault for anything ! So knowledgeable and lovely to chat to! Honestly blown away by how much I love my hair! She nails it! Gets the colour whilst ensuring you have healthy hair! Highly recommend!

   I wasn’t made to feel welcome in the salon as I was ignored for 20 minutes after my appointment time was supposed to have started but with no explanation or apology. The whole experience then felt quite rushed and unfriendly. When I got home I realised that some of the products used hadn’t been washed out thoroughly enough and it had made sections of my hair crusty and sticking together. I had to brush it out and start again.
