   Golly gosh! Been going here for years today if I was a weak person I would’ve cried. Absolute joke! Shabanu (not sure of spelling) will take off all your eyebrows doing the complete opposite of what was asked before she started. Then told me to wear pencil to make them thick! I’ve never had a problem with my requests as I always tell them to leave a line to keep the thickness. My face now feels bald. I’m waiting for the manager to return my calls but definitely won’t visit here again!

   Do not go here!! I woke up with swollen eyelids and crying in pain due to the lash extensions being attached to my actual skin! They used way too much glue, you can see clumps of white and only bothered sticking any lashes to the top layer, she ripped my bottom lashes out too. I asked for my money back and for them to be removed. She’s now not replying to my messages. I’ve had to pay someone else to get them removed and a whole new set, costing me way over £100. I told her I have a holiday in 2 days and she still didn’t reply, seems she doesn’t care

   Fantastic service by the ladies. I went there twice to do my eyebrows and my eyelash extensions and the result was amazing!!!! I received lots of compliments. The staffs were really friendly and very welcoming. 5/5 would recommend it.

   One star is too kind. I came today into this salon after it being recommended by a friend of mine. I wanted my eyebrows threaded and tinted. However the experience was horrifying. I ended up with eyebrows size of my forehead. I asked for light eyebrows but instead got black eyebrows. They were literal caterpillars. I nearly cried in the salon as I’m flying to Spain, and the lady who also blamed everything on me, made me pay 20 pounds which was horrific. I’ve learnt my lesson which is to check the reviews before I go to another salon. Very unprofessional.

   Please do NOT go to this place. I had the worst experience with my eyebrow And upper lip threading. She literally took 30min for a eyebrow and used a stitching thread to do. For waxing, she does not even know how to do it . For the first time in my 10years of waxing I got so many rashes on my hand and with all this pain , it’s not cleanly done . When asked to her, she blames me itself saying I dint allow her to inspect and all. So please please don’t go there
